移动Agent技术在电子商务中的应用研究

摘要
近几年来,随着Internet的全球普及和信息技术的发展,电子商务己经成为当今社会经济发展的主要潮流。它能够提高企业的效率、增强企业的竞争力,因此,电子商务作为一种新型商务模式正在全球范围内迅猛地发展。然而面对Internet上日益膨胀的信息量,传统的电子商务技术及其支撑环境面临着巨大的挑战。如何提高电子商务系统的自主性、灵活性、协作性、智能性是我们迫切需要解决的问题。由于移动Agent具有移动性、协同性以及一定的智能性,能够较好地弥补当前电子商务系统所存在的缺陷,所以将移动Agent技术引入电子商务很快成为学术界与企业界研究的热点。
     本文在分析现有电子商务模式的基础上,从应用的角度研究如何把移动Agent技术应用到电子商务中去,主要工作及创新点如下:
     (1)介绍了有关电子商务的理论,然后分析了传统电子商务的不足之处,探讨了引入移动Agent技术的电子商务,介绍了基于移动Agent的电子商务国内外研究的现状;接下来阐述了Agent技术,尤其是移动Agent技术。
     (2)设计了一个基于移动Agent的B to C电子商务模型。该模型几乎涵盖了B to C电子商务活动的完整过程,包括顾客根据自己所需商品信息获取相关电子商店信息、自行比较相关商品以确认需要协商的电子商店、顾客和电子商店的协商和交易,最后重点对模型中各个移动Agent的功能进行了详细介绍。
     (3)通过分析移动Agent在电子商务系统中进行迁移时主机和移动Agent面临的安全威胁,给出了一种用于保护主机和移动Agent的安全策略。
     (4)对当前移动Agent通信机制进行分析的基础上,本文设计了一种高效可靠的移动Agent通信机制,利用局域服务器、邮箱、移动Agent信息表等相结合来实现移动Agent通信。该通信机制切实提高了移动Agent的通信效率,解决了移动Agent通信失效的问题,确保了系统的稳定性。
     (5)研究了移动Agent平台Aglet,并以Aglet为开发平台结合JSP,SERVLET技术,实现了一个基于移动Agent的B to C电子商务原型系统。
     移动Agent技术的引入,将为电子商务的发展开辟一条新的途径。相信本文所完成的工作对移动Agent技术在电子商务中的应用研究有积极作用。
Recently, with the global popularization of the Internet and the development of information technology, E-commerce has already become the main trend of the development of the economic society.The efficiency of enterprises can be improved and enterprises can be made more competitive by E-commerce. Consequently, E-commerce is developing in a swift and violent manner as a new type of commercial mode all over the world.However,with the rapid increase of information on the internet, the technology of the traditional E-commerce and its environment face the enormous challenge.How to enhance the independence,flexible,collaboration and intelligence of the E-commerce systems as the problem we need to solute quickly.Since the Agent has the characteristic of movement,cooperation as well as some intelligence,it can compensate the shortcoming of the current E-commerce system.So how to lead the Mobile Agent technology into E-commerce soon becomes the focus of academic and enterprises.
     Based on analyzing the existing electronic commerce mode,the thesis studies how to apply Mobile Agent technology into E-commerce from the application point of view.The main work and innovations are as follows:
     (1)This thesis introduces the presentation of the theory of E-commerce,and then analyzes the lack of traditional E-commerce and brings a new mode which takes in the Mobile Agent technology.It introduces the domestic and foreign research actuality of E-commerce based on Mobile Agent.Next it explains this technology of Agent,particularly this technology of Mobile Agent.
     (2)A B to C E-commerce model based on Mobile Agent is designed.This model almost contains the whole process of B to C E-commerce activity.In this model,customers can get relative electronic shops' information with the commodities they need, then they comfirm the electronic shop needing to consult after comparing relative goods by oneself.Next, customers' side and electronic shops' side finish the trade after consulting a reasonable result betweem them.At last,we particularly introduce the function of every Mobile Agent in the model.
     (3)The threat to hosts and Mobile Agent is analyzed when Mobile Agent is mobiling in the E-commerce system, as a result of analysis, a set of security strategies is given in order to protect both hosts and Mobile Agent.
     (4)Based on analyzing the current different theories on Mobile Agent communication mechanism,this thesis designs a high-performance and reliable communication mechanism of Mobile Agent.Communication of Mobile Agent is implemented by combining Local Server with Mailbox, Information List of Mobile Agent and so on.The communication mechanism improves the communication efficiency of Mobile Agent, solves the communication invalidation problem and guarantees the system's stability.
     (5)We emphatically research the Agent platform-Aglet, Taking Aglet as the development platform and combining other JSP, SERVLET technologies,a B to C E-commerce prototype system based on Mobile Agent is implemented.
     The introduction of Mobile Agent technology will provide a new approach of development for E-commerce.It is believed that the work of this thesis is positive to research on the Application of Mobile Agent Technology in E-commerce.
