氩氦刀治疗中的远程监控技术研究

摘要
远程监控技术在国内外的许多行业和领域已经得到了相当广泛的应用,但是在医学领域的应用目前并不是很广泛,将该技术应用到氩氦刀手术治疗过程中,具有很大的应用前景。
     本文在深入分析远程监控系统结构和系统功能以及远程监控相关技术的基础之上,基于虚拟仪器开发平台将远程监控技术应用到氩氦刀手术治疗过程中,在临床实验中推广和使用了实时适形监控,监控手术消融状态,保证氩氦刀手术系统治疗的效果;同时实时监测患者的多项生命体征,保证手术的安全进行。
     主要研究内容如下:
     1.对计算机监控系统的相关概念及功能特点做了较为深入的分析研究,在此基础上分析设计远程监控系统的结构和功能,讨论了该系统所涉及的主要关键技术;
     2.在了解氩氦刀治疗中监控实现过程的基础上,深入研究了前端数据采集技术以及数据分析处理技术(主要是图像压缩),并对图像压缩效果进行了研究;
     3.针对监控系统的远程技术问题进行了探讨,分析了网络通信技术并重点讨论研究了基于LabVIEW网络通信方式;
     4.具体介绍了氩氦刀治疗中远程监控系统的开发设计过程,包括主程序面板的设计以及各子功能模块的设计思路和程序编写,实现了手术治疗中远程监控功能。
     此项研究采用LabVIEW作为软件开发平台,充分利用了计算机网络的丰富资源和该软件本身强大的图形化编程功能,设计了氩氦刀治疗中远程监控系统,实现了主要的监控功能,具有实际的应用价值。
The remote monitoring technology has already obtained the quite widespread application in many professions and domains during the domestic and foreign range, in the medicine domain application at present is not very widespread, applying the technology to the process of cyrocare therapy will have very large application prospect.
     On the base of deeply analysis on remote monitoring system configuration and system function and remote monitoring technology, this thesis applied the remote monitoring technology to process of cyrocare therapy using virtual instrument development system .The real-time suitable monitoring was promoted and used in the clinical experiment ,monitoring surgery ablation condition, guaranteeing the treatment effect of cyrocare therapy system; simultaneously real-timely monitoring patient's many life symptom, guaranteeing the surgery carried on safely.
     The thesis' main contents are as follows:
     1. Thorough the deeply analysis on the related concept and the function characteristic of computer monitoring system ,based on this we analysis and design structure and function of remote monitoring system, discussing the main key technologies which this system involves.
     2. Under the foundation of understanding the Monitoring realization process in the cyrocare therapy treatment ,we had deeply studied the front data acquisition technology as well as the data analysis processing technology thoroughly(main image compression technology),and conducted the research to the image compression effect.
     3. With the remote technical problem in view of the monitoring system carried on the discussion, we had analyzed the network communication technology and the key discussion based on the LabVIEW network communication mode.
     4. Specifically introduced the development design process during the remote monitoring system in process of cyrocare therapy, contained the main program board design and each sub-function module design technique and programming ,realized the remote monitoring function during the cyrocare surgery.
     This research adopts LabVIEW as the software development platform, makes full use of computer and network abundant resources and formidable present functions in figures and diagrams programming ,has designed the remote monitoring system during cyrocare therapy, realizes the main monitoring function, has the actual application value.
