基于网络的虚拟协同设计相关技术的研究

摘要
现代科学技术正在朝着全球化、网络化、虚拟化、智能化的方向发展,同时,现代化的产品设计需要各部分之间相互合作,高度依赖于信息共享和操作同步。随着虚拟现实技术的飞速发展和计算机网络的普及应用,出现了基于网络的分布式的虚拟现实系统。
     本课题在研究产品全生命周期管理技术、虚拟现实技术、以及计算机分布式网络的基础之上,分析了将虚拟现实技术应用于网络的可行性及实用性,利用计算机网络、虚拟现实三维建模技术、人机交互、数据库等技术,基于产品全生命周期管理技术,研究了网络虚拟协同设计的相关技术,提出一种可实现协同工作的虚拟现实系统的解决方案,实现显示以及交互模块的设计。
     文中所设计的系统利用产品生命周期管理的思想,采用基于Internet的三层B/S结构,采用VRML建模,并通过JAVA语言实现较为强大的人机交互特性,用以突破设计工作中时间和空间的限制,达到节省资本,提高设计工作的效率的目的。
     文章首先介绍了基于网络的虚拟现实技术,即分布式虚拟现实技术,继而对产品生命周期管理技术进行学习,之后给出课题所设计系统的解决方案,需求分析、结构选择和流程图,以及系统模块分析,而后着重讲解了系统中交互模块的实现方式,并给出加快网络传输速度,和提高系统维护性能的优化策略,并采用两个不同的实例进行了系统相关性能的演示。最后,对于虚拟现实技术在网络上的应用进行了总结,给出系统的功能、优点和应用前景,并指出进一步应用所需要研究的问题。
The development of modern science is becoming more globalization, networking, virtualization and intelligent. And modern product design requires mutual cooperation about each several part of it. It is highly dependent on information sharing and work synchronization. In these situation, along with the development of Virtual Reality technology and the application of computer network, distributed Virtual Reality system base on Internet became a new technology.
     Based on Product Lifecycle Management technology, Virtual Reality technology and computer network, the issue analyzed the practicability of the application on network of Virtual Reality technology. Then, it put forward a solution to achieve a cooperative work system, which is based on Virtual Reality technology and network environment and Product Lifecycle Management technology. After that, it completed research and design of the display and interaction function of this system.
     The system which provided the methods throughout the whole product lifecycle is based on B/S three-layer structure. It made models by VRML, and achieved interaction ability through JAVA language. Because of these, the system can break through the limitation of time and space.
     The paper introduced Web-based virtual reality technology, distributed virtual reality technology first, then studied Product Lifecycle Management technology, after that, it gave us the solution of the system which is motioned in the article. It also gave out the requirement analysis, structure, flow chart and system modules of that. The paper described the realization of VRML display module and interaction module, then discussed the optimization of the system, such as increased the transmission speed, and improved the stability of it. After showed two different applications to the users, the paper summarized the function, strongpoint and application of this system, and point out some problems which need to be discussed in the near future.
