代理技术及其在虚拟企业环境下的应用研究

摘要
21世纪的制造业,正在从以机器为特征的传统技术时代,向着以信息集成
    和系统化技术为特征的新时代迈进。集成化、数字化、智能化、敏捷化、网络
    化与绿色化是当前制造业信息化发展的主要特点。虚拟企业及其相关技术,如
    分布式软件技术和工作流技术等日益成为国内外研究的热点。代理技术在知识
    表达、事务处理和智能性等方面具有很强的优势,为虚拟企业环境下的项目实
    施提供了思路和解决方案。
     国内外很多学者趋向于通过在制造业中应用代理技术,整合与优化现有资
    源,对信息、过程等实际制造问题进行仿真和求解。本文以此为背景,对代理
    技术进行了系统、全面的研究。并进一步描述了代理技术在虚拟企业环境下的
    应用机制,结合分布式虚拟装配系统框架和工作流技术提出了虚拟企业环境下
    代理技术的实现方法。
     本文的主要研究内容包括:
     ●系统、深入地研究了代理技术的理论体系。提出了虚拟企业环境下的代
     理定义、代理理论和代理的体系结构。结合代理语言及其参考规范研究
     了虚拟企业环境下的代理实现机制。
     ●分析了虚拟企业的组织结构及其相关技术,以分布式软件系统框架技术
     和工作流技术为例,阐述了以虚拟企业为代表的下一代制造技术的发展
     趋势,并指出与代理技术的切合点,给出了实施方案。
     ●以虚拟装配系统为例,给出了基于代理的分布式软件系统框架结构,并
     从本体论的角度加以阐述、说明。
     ●分析了虚拟企业环境下的工作流管理系统的实施方案,结合制造企业工
     作流模型提出基于代理的分层工作流体系结构。
On entering the new century, manufacturing industry has keeping advanced to
     the new time that is featured as information integration and systematization, while
     left behind the old, traditional machine featured time. The trend of manufacturing
     industry informatization is characterized as integrated, digital, intelligent, agile,
     network and green. Virtual Enterprise. together with its related techniques, such as
     distributed software and Workflow Management, has become very popular recently.
     Because of the advantages of agent in knowledge representation, transaction
     processing and intelligence, it is not only feasible, but also necessary, to integrate
     agent technology with domain characteristics in Virtual Enterprise environment.
    
     By now, there are many scholars incline to integrate agent technology in
     manufacturing industry, so as to conform and optimize resources, to simulate and
     solve actual problems in information and manufacturing process. Considering this,
     the dissertation made a systematic and comprehensive research on agent technology.
     The application mechanism of agent in Virtual Enterprise environment was further
     discussed. Two examples were given, distributed Virtual Assembly system
     architecture and Workflow Management.
    
     The main contents of the dissertation including:
    
     ? Made a systematic and comprehensive research on agent system info.
     Presented agent defition, agent theory and agent architecture under
     Virtual Enterprise environment. The application mechanism of agent was
     also provided along with the research of agent language and reference
     specifications.
    
     ? Analyzed the organization structure of Virtual Enterprise and its related
     techniques; discussed the trend of Next Generation Manufacturing
     represented by VE technology. The fit point of agent technology and its
     implementation scheme was also presented.
    
     ? Used Virtual Assembly system to illustrate the system architecture of
     distributed software based on agent. Ontology was further discussed here.
    
     ? Analyzed the realization scheme of Workflow Management under Virtual
     Enterprise environment presented hierarchical Workflow System
     architecture together with a manufacturing enterprise Workflow Reference
