基于男西装e-MTM生产形态的三维人体数据库的建立

摘要
在经济全球化和网络信息、数字技术快速发展的时代,消费者不仅根据个人喜好选择服装的面料、款式,同时对服装合体性、舒适度提出了更高的要求,因而对服装个性化需求表现的尤为突出,直接体现为服装量身定制模式的形成和不断发展,并逐渐形成了一种通过网络传递信息,以消费者个体为对象、以量身定制(e-MTM)为主流的生产模式。本文研究的主要内容是基于男西装e-MTM生产模式,建立三维人体数据库平台,实现对人体一维、二维、三维数据的查询、统计和数据处理,为男西装量身定制生产模式中的男西装纸样自动生成系统、虚拟试衣系统提供人体尺寸、角度等参数和虚拟试衣人台;为成衣化产业提供一维、二维参数统计分析及区域三维各类别的虚拟人台和实体人台。具体研究思路体系如下:
     本文首先分析了目前国内外服装MTM量身定制系统的主要发展模式,针对传统的批量定制模式能否很好地满足消费者对服装穿着的个性化需求进行了分析比较,在此基础上提出了以消费者个体三维数据为基础的量身定制发展模式。
     此外,本文还研究了人体数据获取的各种方法,以及新型设备在人体测量中的拓展应用。通过对测量得到的人体数据进行筛选、处理,根据MTM生产过程中不同阶段所需的人体数据信息的不同,对人体数据信息进行一维尺寸、二维形状(角度、围度、截面)、三维形态数据的结构化分类,构建了三维人体数据库,并运用Visual C++结合ADO数据库访问技术建立友好的程序界面,实现对三维人体数据信息中一维数据,二维数据、三维数据的查询、删除、添加和统计等操作。
     另外,本文阐述了对三维人体点云数据进行三维人体重建、数据修补和人体截面获取以及三维曲面的分割等理论方法的研究分析。针对男西装样版制作过程中所需要的结构参数,对男子胸部、背部、肩部的角度数据的提取,以及利用人体的截面形状信息得到的人体胸宽、背宽、胸厚等数据的比例关系进行了挖掘。
     最后,本文针对男西装结构设计中需要解决的衣身平衡问题,根据三维人体数据形态信息,进行人体曲面区域划分,并对胸部、背部等区域进行曲面展平,为男西装衣身平衡提供人体参数的基础铺垫,样版设计中的撇胸处理、肩部缝缩量、衣身胸部塑型等方面与人体参数的映射关系。
     本课题的创新点是三维人体数据库平台的构建为国内男西装量身定制系统的深入研究做好铺垫。从男西装样版自动生成系统的技术角度,进行三维人体数据采集、提取和数据库的构建,从服装制版技术的角度对三维数字化人体数据信息进行挖掘,为男西装e-MTM系统的进一步发展打下了基础。
In the times of economic globalization, internet and digital information technology rapid development, the consumers not only choose clothes materials and styles by personal preference, but also set higher demands on clothes comfort, so clothes'particular needs performance especially outstanding, directly embodying the formation and development of the dress customizing modes, and gradually developing a production mode by the means of individual consumer as the objects and e-MTM. The study is based on men's suits e-MTM production mode, establishing 3D human body database, realizing the inquiry, statistics and data processing to the human body's one, two and three dimensional; providing size, angle parameters and virtual to fit on the table for men's suit sample sheet automatic generating system in the suit to customize production patterns; providing one or two parameters regional statistical analysis and dimensional various categories of virtual the table and entities for apparel industry. The research approach of this thesis is as follows:
     Firstly, this article analyzes the main development mode of garment MTM system domestic and abroad, analyzing and comparing the traditional customizing mode can be good to meet the personalized demand, and proposing customizing development mode on the base of three-dimensional individual data.
     In addition, this paper also studies the data access methods, and new equipment's applications in body measurement. According to filtering, processing the measured data, and according to MTM process different stages needing different body data information, I do structural classification on one-dimensional size, two-dimensional shape (angle in degrees, and section), and three-dimensional form data to the body data information, build the three-dimensional body database, and make use of Visual C++ and ADO database visiting technology to establish a friendly application interface, and finally achieving one, two and three-dimensional datas' query, deletion, addition, statistics and etc.
     The article mainly discusses 3D virtual human body reconstruction, data repairs and human body cross-section obtain and three-dimensional surface'division to the three-dimensional human body some clouds data. According to the needed structure parameters in men's suit progress of pattern making, and extracting man's data of chest, back and shoulder, excavating human body's chest broad, back broad, chest thick data according to utilization human body's cross-section shape information.
     Finally, this study is mainly on men's suit structural designation needing to obtain body balance, according to 3d body data information to establish surfaces with which the proposed model, build the theory system based on simple surface, realize man body's key areas from 3D to 2D digital angle, for men's suit body balance setup parameters, such as PieXiong, shoulder seamline, and chest sculpt.
     In this thesis, three-dimensional human body database platform establishment builds foundation for men's suit customizing system's further study. From the perspective of men's suit sample automatically generation technology, do three-dimensional data collection, extraction and database construction, from the perspective of the garment pattern-making technology, mine 3d data information, for the further development of men's suit e-MTM system.
