太钢网络教育培训系统建设研究

摘要
网络教育培训(E-Learning),是主要通过先进的网络技术进行的学习与教学活动,它充分利用现代信息技术所提供的、具有全新沟通机制与丰富资源的学习环境,实现一种全新的学习方式。它以网络为基础、消除了空间时间的障碍,可以个性化的提供培训服务,并且具有极大化的交互作用,以开放式的学习空间带来前所未有的学习体验。
     太钢网络教育培训系统(E-Learning)的建设可以丰富教学培训手段、提升培训教学质量、健全培训评估体系,有效地拓展延伸ERP系统中人力资源管理中的培训管理功能,为人力资源管理提供诸多详尽、真实的基础数据。网络教育培训系统将成为员工的最佳学习园地,培训流程管理体系的必要载体,企业人力资源管理的助手,企业知识共享的主要平台和创建学习型企业的重要支撑手段。
     本文围绕网络教育理论在企业中的创新运用和网络教育培训系统建设管控两条主线,主要从太钢网络教育培训系统建设,太钢网络教育培训管理方法创新,太钢网络学习功能服务创新角度进行研究。提出了变革太钢教育培训方式和提升教育培训业务管理水平的方法和途径。就建设太钢网络教育培训系统制定了建设和实施方案。在现场调研的基础上,以太钢网络教育培训系统的需求分析、结构设计、系统实现为主线,从系统结构、硬件设备、网络结构、功能模块、实施风险管控、投资效益分析等各个环节进行了分析和论证,认为实施太钢网络教育培训系统建设是可行的,有效的。
Making the most of modern IT, state of art communication and resourceful environment, network based training is a brand new way of learning and teaching through advanced network technology. With the network as its foundation, without the barrier of time space, unprecedented training service will be provided to the learner personally with maximized interaction in an open manner.
     In this sense, TISCO Network Education & Training System (or E-Learning) will be beneficial in educational and training enrichment, quality improvement, assessment system completion, function expansion of training administration of HR administration in the ERP system, and therefore to offer a comprehensive and authentic basic database for human resource administration. E-Learning will be the best campus for employee study, necessary carrier for training of process administration system, assistance for company HR administration, major platform for enterprise knowledge sharing and an important brace for a learning enterprise.
     Focusing on two clues of innovative application of network based education theory in the enterprise and construction, administration & control of network based education and training system, study has been made in the article to the construction of TISCO’s E-Learning system, its administrative innovation and its service & innovation of the learning function. Thereupon, route and approach have been proposed for the reform of E-Learning and improvement of administrative skill of education & training. Furthermore, a program has been suggested for the construction and implementation of the E-Learning system of TISCO. On the basis of field investigation and centering around the demand analysis, structure design and system implementation of E-Learning, research and certification have been carried out in all respects of system structure, hardware equipment, network structure, function module, actual risk control, investment return study, etc. It has been certified that establishment of E-Learning system would be enforceable and effective.
