冷冲模智能CAD系统的研究与开发

摘要
本文总结了作者在课题“冷冲模智能CAD系统”中所做的工作,论述了系统的设计原理与实现技术。
     论文首先分析了计算机辅助设计的优势,阐述了国内外冲模CAD/CAM的发展现状、存在问题以及发展趋势,为系统实现提供了强有力的理论依据。其次,论文从两个方面论述了系统的技术支持。一方面,分别论述了为系统实现提供后台支持的数据管理方式,包括程序化数据管理、文件数据管理以及数据库数据管理等,并对本系统中主要采用的关系数据库数据管理方式与数据规范化理论作了详细地阐述;另一方面,较为全面地介绍了系统的开发环境,包括图形处理平台、软件开发语言以及前后台数据接口引擎等,并对系统的总体结构进行了规划,建立了便于系统实现的功能模型。最后,论文对系统的部分关键功能模块作了详细的展开论述,包括冲件图逻辑约束检测模块、冲裁件工艺性分析模块、冲裁工艺方案决策模块、级进模工步设计与合理性评价模块、工作零件设计模块、总装图生成模块等。在对这些模块的论述过程中,作者着重阐述了系统所采用的模糊决策技术、专家系统技术以及一些新的算法思想,包括孔边(间)距的计算、压力中心计算、装配消隐、明细表自动生成等。
In this paper the author's work on the intelligent stamping die CAD system is summarized, and the principles and implement of the system are expounded.
    First, in the paper, the general situation, the present problem and the developing trends in the future of stamping die CAD are introduced briefly, which provide sufficient theoretic basis for the development of the system. Second, the relative technique applied in the system is expounded from two sides. On one hand, the database structure design is explained in use of relational database and norm format theory, which is the primary management method of the data in the system. On the other hand, developing environment of the system is introduced, which is made up of graphic handling environment, software developing language and data transmission interface. In addition, the overall project design of this system is mainly dissertated in this part. Finally, the key functional modules of the system are expatiated in particular, which includes examining the logic rationality of the stamping part, analyzing the stamping process rationality, choosing the stamping process plan, designing the steps of the progressive die, designing the working parts and assembly drawing of the die and so on. In the above modules, fuzzy decision-making technique and expert system technique are adopted to solve the problem. In addition, some new algorithmic idea is put forward to improve the efficiency and quality of the system.
