融合视讯系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着时代的进步,计算机和网络应用技术的飞跃,使得新一代高科技产品如雨后春笋蓬勃发展,特别是电子产品日新月异,各种视讯产品就是其中的代表之一。视讯产品的应用范围已经从政府机关要害部门逐步扩展到公安,交通,金融行业,甚至是普通老百姓家里。宽带技术的发展也给视讯业务的发展起到了推动作用,视讯产品也逐步趋向于网络化的发展,如视频会议,视频电话,家庭视频点播等应用越来越广泛。
     视讯业务是运营商比较看好的一项增值业务,各大运营商都在纷纷打造自己的视讯业务平台,基于这个平台上,运营商们不仅能为政府还能为各大企业甚至家庭提供服务。但是目前国内的视讯技术还不成熟,主要是体现在平台上面,虽然各大运营商已经开始研发相关的视讯业务系统的平台,但是应用并不广泛,因此,本文对视讯业务技术进行了系统的研究,介绍了相关的解决方案,并且有效的解决了以往视频视讯平台上的诸多问题,比如负载均衡等等。
     文章采用了最新的通信软件开发技术,采用SIP,HTTP+XML,SOAP协议,RADIUS等协议进行信令的传输。在以满足实际用户需求的前提下,完成了融合视讯系统的架构设计,主要功能模块设计,最后并根据设计对主要模块进行了实现并取得了良好的测试效果。
With development of social and progress of computer technology ,the development of high-tech products is rapid,specially electronic products. Video product is one of them. Video business has been used from vital government departments to public security, transportation, financial industries, and even ordinary families gradually. The development of broadband technology is a reason to promote the development of video product. Video product has tended to network development gradually, for remote monitoring. We can use video monitor on home appliances. The applications of video products such as video conferencing, video phone and video on demand system are more and more widely.
     Video business is a lot of large companies attach importance to the project, some companies focus on building their own video. But it has not very mature and popular. It is mainly embodied in the platform. Its application is not widely. Therefore, this paper gives some research about system of video surveillance technology, and introduced the related solutions to resolve some problem about video monitor system, such as load balancing and so on.
     This article makes some analysis and discussion in this context of video monitor technology. The project use SIP, HTTP + XML, SOAP protocol and RADIUS protocol to transport signaling, and given the relatively popular development technologies and principles. At last analysis and design the video monitor system and some functions to be realized.
