我国大型企业原始创新机制构建与能力评价研究

摘要
21世纪是知识经济与高科技飞速发展的时代,竞争与合作并存,挑战与机遇并存,科技成果转化周期大大缩短,创新是社会发展的主要动力,也是改善人类生存条件和促进社会进步的主要手段。随着信息技术的快速发展,大型企业拥有的先进的产品和技术变得极易被模仿,企业在短时间内就会丧失拥有的竞争优势。尤其是面对国际化的竞争,国外大型企业纷纷打入国内市场,我国大型企业面临着更加严峻的考验。在这种情况下,我国大型企业只有不断的进行原始创新,提高原始创新能力,才能使企业在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。本文在借鉴有关理论和其他创新相关经验基础上,对我国大型企业原始创新能力与机制进行了深入的研究。主要研究内容如下:
     首先,对我国大型企业原始创新的概念及主体与环境进行了研究。明确划分了大型企业的标准,比较和分析了原始创新与其他相关创新概念的区别,并且定义了企业原始创新的涵义。总结了原始创新的主体为大型企业,指出了主体优势,并且分析了大型企业原始创新的物质环境、文化环境和社会文化环境。
     其次,从我国大型企业原始创新现状出发,指出了大型企业原始创新存在的问题和原因。(1)分析了大型企业原始创新动力不够及其原因。(2)大型企业原始创新能力不足及其原因。(3)大型企业原始创新机制不健全及其原因。
     再次,运用系统动力学理论以及方法对我国大型企业原始创新能力系统形成与反馈路径进行了诠释。运行了SD模型,对系统中的各个变量,用因果关系图联系起来,利用仿真实证研究对大型企业内部各个流动要素进行研究,借以分析大型企业原始创新的动态演化过程。
     第四,运用系统思维,从整体出发归纳出我国大型企业原始创新机制构成。并且细分了大型企业原始创新动力机制、创新运行机制、创新发展机制和创新保障机制。
     第五,从微观层面研究了我国大型企业原始创新能力评价模型。在构建了原始创新能力评价指标的基础上,从六个方面研究了原始创新能力。这六个方面能力分别是原始创新投入能力、原始创新人员基础能力、原始创新核心能力、原始创新研究开发能力、原始创新产出能力和原始创新管理能力。对建构的能力评价体系,运用结构方程模型进行路径分析,最后得出影响原始创新能力的主要因素和模型中原始创新能力的互动关系。
     最后,论文以加强应用性基础研究投入力度、建立大型企业内部独立的研发机构、提高大型企业知识产权保护力度、强化大型企业动力机制、建立系统化大型企业人才激励机制、构建企业家决策机制、促进合作机制、培育企业原始创新文化等诸方面对我国大型企业原始创新能力提高提出了相应对策。
The 21st century is coming into an age with knowledge economy and high-tech developing at very fast speed.Challenge and opportunity are being together,competition is concomitant with collaborate,the transform cycle of science production is shorten conspicuously. Innovation is the primary power of the society development and primary artifice to improve the survival condition of the human being. With the rapid development of information technology, large enterprises have become the advanced products and technology can easily be imitated, companies will lose in a short time have a competitive advantage. Especially in the face international competition, foreign large enterprises have to enter the domestic market, China's large enterprises are facing a more severe test. In this case, only large enterprises in China continued to the original innovation, improve the ability of original innovation, to enable enterprises in the fierce competition in an invincible position. This article, drawing upon relevant theory and other innovations on the basis of relevant experience, on the original innovation capacity of China's large enterprises and mechanism of in-depth research. Mainly includes the following:
     First, the large enterprises in China the concept of original innovation and the principal and the environment were studied. Clearly defined standards of large enterprises, comparison and analysis of original innovation and other innovative concepts, and define the meaning of original innovation of enterprises. Summary of the main body of original innovation for large enterprises, that the main advantage, and analysis of large enterprises the original innovation of the physical environment, cultural environment and social and cultural environment.
     Secondly, from the reality, that the original innovation of large enterprises and causes problems. (1) The original creative power of large enterprises is not enough and reason. (2) A lack of large enterprises and the reasons for the original innovation. (3) Large enterprise original innovation mechanism is not perfect and reason.
     Again, the use of system dynamics theory and method of the original innovation capacity of China's large enterprise systems with the feedback path of the form interpretation. Running the SD model, the variables in the system, using the causal diagram linking empirical study using the simulation of various mobile elements of large enterprise to conduct research, analysis of large enterprises to the dynamic evolution of the original innovation.
     Fourth, the use of systems thinking, starting from the whole sum up our original innovative mechanisms constitute a large enterprise. And a breakdown of Power Mechanism of the original large-scale enterprise, innovation and operational mechanism, mechanism innovation and development and innovation protection mechanism.
     Fifth, from the micro level of the original innovation capacity of China's large enterprises evaluation model. In constructing the original Innovation Index, based on research from the six original innovation. The six are the original innovation capacity into capacity, based on original innovation capacity of staff, the original creative core competence, the original innovative research and development capabilities, production capacity of original innovation and original creative management. The ability of the construction of evaluation system, the use of structural equation model, path analysis, the conclusion that affect the ability of original innovation model of the main factors and the interaction between the original innovation.
     Finally, the paper to strengthen the application of basic research investment, the establishment of independent research and development of large enterprise organizations, large enterprises to improve intellectual property protection, and strengthen the dynamic mechanism of large enterprises, the establishment of incentive mechanisms for systematic large-scale enterprises, construction entrepreneurs, decision-making mechanism, cooperation mechanism to promote, foster innovation and enterprise culture, the original New Age large enterprises in China to improve the original innovation proposed countermeasures.
