14bit四通道瞬态波形记录仪的研究

摘要
瞬态波形记录仪具有使用灵活方便、结构紧凑合理、功能强、技术先进等特点,可对系统在运行状态中的多项参数进行实时监测,能够解决当代科学研究的许多领域中遇到的捕获瞬态信号的问题。
    本文在介绍了瞬态波形记录仪发展现状及虚拟仪器理论的基础上,对14bit 四通道瞬态波形记录仪进行了研究。在概括介绍了14bit 四通道瞬态波形记录仪的系统结构和工作原理的前提下,对数据采集模块中的有源低通滤波器进行了理论分析,并提出了设计方案。而后对控制器模块中应用的CPLD技术进行了阐述,通过CPLD在系统中的具体应用说明其优势。本文的后半部研究了三方面问题,即系统可靠性、误差及性能指标。通过在制版及调试电路中的具体抗干扰措施,提高了系统的可靠性;对系统的整体误差及主要性能指标,文章做了全面的理论分析,推导了算法,进行了仿真试验和实际测试,取得了较为满意的结果。
    理论分析及实际测试结果说明,本文研究的14bit四通道瞬态波形记录仪的设计方案正确、可行,仪器达到了预期的技术指标要求,性能稳定,具有理论研究的意义和实际应用的价值。
Transient recorder has many advantages, such as it is flexible, convenient, functional and advanced, it can inspect several parameters of running system, and thus, transient recorder can solve the problem of how to capture the transient signals in much modern scientific research.
    The paper is mainly about the study of 14bit 4-channels transient recorder on the basis of introducing transient recorder actuality and virtual instrument. On the premise of presenting the system structure and working principles, the academic analysis and design scheme of active-low-pass filter in data collection module is put forward. Then the paper talks about the technology of CPLD, and through the applied examples in system, the merits of CPLD are obvious. And in the following part of the paper, three questions are discussed: reliability, error and performance standards of the system. The system reliability is improved by some particular measures in plate making and debugging; and as to the system error and performance standards, the paper provides general academic analysis and arithmetic, also simulating and real testing is carried out, and at last, a satisfactory result is got.
    Academic analysis and real testing result makes clear that the design scheme of 14bit 4-channels transient recorder is correct and feasible, and the instrument satisfied the request of technology standards, and its performance is steady. All the above shows that 14bit 4-channels transient recorder has the academic significance and application valve.
