兰空航修厂信息系统的分析与设计

摘要
随着计算机技术的迅速发展，企业信息化和经济全球化进程的加快，企业的外部环境和内部资源条件已发生深刻的变化，并导致企业发展战略的变化与调整。本文在这一背景下，通过对管理信息系统、生产管理、数据库、计算机网络等相关理论和方法的研究的基础上，结合兰空航修厂的实际情况，对管理活动中存在的问题进行了深入的分析，并提出通过建立信息系统，以提高企业核心竞争力的信息化建设战略。
本文在详细调研的基础上，从兰空航修厂的全局出发，对企业总体需求进行了系统分析，对企业信息系统的总体布局进行了设计。本着整体规划，分步实施的原则，以生产管理子系统为突破口，对生产管理子系统进行了详细的分析与设计。建立了由计划管理子系统、航材管理子系统、质量管理子系统、技术管理子系统和车间管理子系统五大模块的生产管理子系统。通过对兰空航修厂各种制造资源的科学的规划，组织控制和管理，达到既要连续均衡的进行生产，又要根据实际情况最大限度地降低成本，增强企业的市场竞争能力和应变能力。从而达到提高管理水平和经济效益，增强核心竞争力的目的。
通过本系统的实施和先进管理思想的引入，兰空航修厂一定能够彻底改变大多数国企长期以来惯用的传统而又粗放的管理模式，逐步建立起一套符合市场经济体制的现代企业生产管理模式，进而使企业管理水平和经济效益得到一次质的飞跃。
With the rapid development of computer and computer network, and the progression mending of enterprise information and economy globalization, the external environment and internal resources of a enterprise has been profoundly changed, as a result, this change leads to the change and adjustability of production stratagems. On this background studying and discussing management information system, production management, database, computer network and other relevant theories and methods, combing the concrete practicality, this paper deeply analyze the problems in management activities, and finally bring forward information construction stratagems to enhance its core competitiveness by building management information system.
This text, on the basis of detailed investigation, systematically analyzes their general demands, designs the general layout of this system. Insisting on the principle of general planning and implementing step by step, this paper aims at the detailed analysis and design of production management subsystem, and finally builds the subsystem that includes plan management subsystem, aviation material management subsystem, quality management subsystem, technology management subsystem and workshop .management subsystem.
Implementing this system and introducing advanced management ideas, this plant will change the traditional and extensive management mode in most
stated-owned enterprise, gradually set up a set of modern enterprise production management which accords to the market economic system, and then make the management level of the enterprise and economic benefits receive the leap of a quality.
