车辆监控调度系统中心监控软件研究与开发

摘要
随着我国经济高速发展,现有道路上的交通拥堵的现象日趋严重,特别是在北京、天津等大城市。车辆监控调度系统可以在现有道路基础上优化车辆调度,提高道路的利用率,改善交通环境,提高社会流通领域效率,增加社会经济效益。目前,基于GPS/GIS/GPRS车辆监控调度系统是智能交通系统(ITS)研究的核心内容之一。
    首先:介绍了GPS车辆监控导航系统在国内外的应用状况,对基于GPS/GIS/GPRS车辆监控调度系统总体架构进行分析,阐述各部分功能和工作原理。系统由车载终端、通信网络、中心服务器、监控中心等组成,车载终端主要功能是接收GPS卫星定位信号,计算出坐标并通过GPRS网络发送到中心服务器,监控中心通过访问中心服务器数据库来进行监控和调度车辆。
    第二:论文就车辆监控调度系统所需要的关键技术进行介绍,主要有全球定位系统(GPS)、组件式地理信息系统、通用分组无线业务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)技术等,并对车载终端与中心服务器建立通信进行分析和研究。经过和国外的同类型产品对比,选择SuperMap Objects作为开发工具,本次研究主要使用了SuperMap Objects的核心控件SuperMapWorkSpace、SuperMap这两个控件。
    第三:对车辆监控调度系统所涉及到的实体进行分析,主要有:车辆信息、车主信息、司机信息、单位信息、紧急联系人资料、移动目标信息等,提出以车辆实体为核心的概念模型,建立中心数据库,这就构成了系统的管理平台,能够进行相关信息录入、删除、更新等,并能够查询相关信息和历史资料。
    第四:研究和开发了系统的监控和调度功能,本论文基于北京超图公司的组件式地理信息系统开发平台SuperMap Objects,实现了电子地图的操作;多种方式的监控,如:单目标监控、多目标监控、分组监控等;并能够进行道路优化选择,如:最短路径分析、最佳路径分析、预先路线设定等;通过给车载终端发送短消息或者命令的方式实现对车辆的调度。
    最后总结了论文的研究成果,并对基于GPS/GIS/GPRS车辆监控调度系统的前景进行展望。
As the rapid economy progress of our country, the transmission jam of existing roads is becoming more and more serious, especially in the large cities, such as Beijing, Tianjin, etc. The vehicle monitoring and dispatching system can optimize the vehicle dispatch on the basis of existing roads, improve the use rate of roads, the transmission environment and the rate of communication field in the society and improve the economic efficiency of society. In current, the vehicle monitoring and dispatching system based on GPS/GIS/GPRS is the one of main contents of ITS research.
    Firstly, this paper introduces the application and progress situation of GPS vehicle monitoring and navigation system at home and on abroad. It analyzes the whole scheme of vehicle monitoring and dispatching system based on GPS/GIS/GPRS and illustrates its function and theory of work. The system is make up of vehicle terminal, communication net, central server, monitor center, It is the function of vehicle terminal that getting signal of GPS and calculating coordinate, and vehicle terminal sends the results to central sever by GPRS ,The monitor center monitors and dispatches vehicle by central server.
    Secondly, this paper gives introduction of the key technology needed by the vehicle monitoring and dispatching systems, which mainly includes GPS, GIS, GPRS, etc. In addition, it gives analysis and research of communication building for vehicle terminal and central service. It uses 2 core controls of SuperMap Objects by comparing with other related products.
    Thirdly, it analyzes the related entity of vehicle monitoring and dispatching system, the entities are vehicle information, owner information, diver information, unit information、linkman document, mobile aim information,etc. Proposes a conception model cored by vehicle entity and builds up central data base, it forms a system administer flat. The flat realizes inputting and deleting; realizes querying related information and history documents.
    
    Fourthly, this paper researches and develops the monitoring and dispatching function for systems. It develops the GIS function based on the SuperMap Objects, realizes the operation of electronic map and monitor of various methods, such as: monitoring single aim, monitoring multi-aims, monitoring group aims, etc. realizes selecting optimized roads and analysis roads in various methods which are shortest path analysis, best path analysis, setting route in advance, etc. realizes dispatching vehicle terminal by sending short message to vehicle terminal.
    Finally, it gives conclusion of the research results of this paper and anticipates the prospect of vehicle monitor and dispatching systems based on GPS/GIS/GPRS.
