基于寿命周期成本的输变电设备可靠性管理模式研究

摘要
全寿命周期成本管理是对设备寿命周期内的经济性进行评价,输变电设备可靠性管理则是对设备投入运维后的运行和管理质量进行评价。本论文在对输变电设备全寿命周期内各阶段的成本和可靠性指标统计的基础上,将寿命周期成本管理理念应用到输变电可靠性管理中,寻求输变电可靠性管理方法的改进方向,利用设备的全寿命周期成本管理方法,完善了目前的输变电可靠性评价指标体系,修正了全寿命周期成本和输变电可靠性关系曲线;结合全寿命周期成本管理理念,确定了设备寿命周期各阶段的可靠性控制关键点;融合全寿命周期成本管理和输变电可靠性管理,建立一套完整的与寿命周期成本相关的输变电可靠性管理绩效考核体系和评价方法。
Life cycle cost management is the economic evaluation of equipment in its life cycle, power transmission and transformation equipment reliability management is the assessment of equipment maintenance and management quality after its commissioning. Based on the statistics of life cycle cost and reliability in various stages, this paper applied the life cycle cost management concepts to the transmission reliability management, searched for the direction of reliability of transmission reliability management methods, improved the current power transmission reliability evaluation index system, and modified the life cycle cost and power transmission reliability curve by using the life cycle cost management methods; combined with full life cycle cost management concepts, this paper determined the key points on the life cycle of equipment reliability control with all stages; interfused the life cycle cost management and power transmission reliability management, this paper established a complete transmission reliability management performance evaluation system and evaluation methods related to the life-cycle costs.
