摘要
近二十年来,计算机技术、软件技术和网络通信技术的迅猛
     发展为实现企业自动化打下了良好的技术基础,Internet 技术
     为企业铺设了一条走向世界的信息高速公路,成熟的具有卓越性
     能的大型数据库管理系统和 MRP Ⅱ软件使得在企业建立大型应
     用系统的开发周期大大缩短,而系统的稳定性和可靠性又大大提
     高,微机硬件升级换代速度之快使得人们应接不暇,其高性能和
     低价格大大降低了系统的投资。技术上的这些进展,标志着在企
     业建立 CIMS不仅必要,而且己具备了技术方面的条件。
     本文从CIMS技术在锻压机床行业应用的一般规律出发,对
     在黄石锻压机床制造厂应用CIMS技术进行了深入的研究,系统
     的论述了黄石锻压机床厂CIMS 设计的总体结构和具体实施方
     案,主要阐述了HSDY-CIMS的需求分析、系统总体设计与分系统
     设计、系统接口、关键技术及其解决方案及经济效益分析等内容。
     还论述了黄石锻压机床制造厂的企业管理信息系统的构件和原
     理。其CIMS设计方案和企业信息管理系统的设计方案也已成功
     地得到了应用,并在相关的企业中有重要的示范作用和推广价
     值。
In the past twenty years,the rapid technological progress of computer,software and the Internet communication has put a sound base for the realization of industrial automation. As the Internet technology brings industries a lot of information,which is necessary for their contact with the world,mature huge database management system and MRPII software make the exploitation cycle for industries to build huge application system much more shorter. At the same time,with the improvement in stability and accountability of systems,the high upgrade-speed,excellent quality and low price of hardware bring a lot of advantages to people. Thee technological improvements mean it is not only necessary,but possible for industries to build CIMS system.
    This article sets out from the general rules of CIMS technology used in mechanic manufacture trade,advances elaborate research of CIMS technology used in Huangshi machine tool factory,and discusses the whole structure and detailed actualization project of CIMS design of Huangshi machine tool factory. It deals with the requirement analysis of HSDY-CIMS,the design of the whole system and branch system,the interfaces,and the crucial technologies ,and the analysis of economic efficiency. Besides,it also treats the components and principles of the factory's enterprise management information system. The design application of CIMS system and enterprise management information system has been proved to be successful. And it is also worth to be an example of relevant industries.
