柳钢连铸坯全“一火成材”建设及后续工程技术研究

摘要
柳钢在1997年转炉钢实现了全连铸。而轧钢系统除中板厂实现了“一火成材”外,其他轧钢厂仍为“二火成材”。如何利用已有的设备进行适当的改造实现连铸坯全“一火成材”,达到节能降耗、提高成材率、提高经济效益之目的,是摆在我们面前的重要研究课题。公司经过对“一火成材”技术研究,发现柳钢具有实现用连铸坯全“一火成材”的条件,为此,“九五”期间,柳钢对中型厂、小型厂、线材厂分别实行了“一火成材”技术改造,并通过调整与优化轧钢系统的工艺结构和品种结构。
     吸取了“一火成材”成功的经验,公司又对热送热装技术进行了研究和应用,也获得了热送热装技术改造的成功。
     柳钢公司虽然在近两年来的技术和设备现代化的研究和应用过程中步子小了,显现出落后,但柳钢公司一直没有停止过对现代化技术和设备的研究和应用,并成功地应用在中板厂和小型连轧棒材的改造。
     柳钢面对市场和形势的严峻性,及时对已制订出了“十五”规划做了重大的调整,高速线材现代化改造项目研究与设计就是“十五”规划高新技术、现代技术和设备在柳钢进入广泛应用的开始。高速线材改造方案设计是建立在高水平之上的一次改造:单线年产60万t。轧制成品线速度120m/s,关键设备是引进世界最先进水平装备,集现代技术和设备于一体,突出代表以计算机、现代通信技术和信息技术应用在其中。
In 1997,the converter steel of Liu Gang was realized 100% continuous cast. Other rolling mills of rolling system still adopt "Roll in Two Heat" technique except Medium Plate Mill realized "Roll in One Heat" .How to utilize existing equipment to carry on the proper transformation and realize 100% "Roll in One Heat" of steel strand is the important subject for research in front of us to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and cost-reducing, rolling yield-improving, economic efficiency-increasing. Through study on the 100% "Roll in One Heat" technology, we find Liu Gang is imbued with the condition to realize the 100% "Roll in One Heat" of steel strand. For this reason, we implement technological transformation to Medium rolling mill, Small rolling mill and wire rod mill respectively; adjust and optimize the steel rolling technology structure and variety structure of rolling system during the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" .
    Through draw the successful experience, we carry on the research and application to the hot delivery and charging technology which obtained success on technological transformation too.
    Though making small progress on technology and equipment modernized research and application which appear backward in the past two years,Liu Gang never stops the research and application for the modernized technology and equipment which were succeeded in using to the transformation of Medium Plate Mill and light continuous rolling bar.
    The research and plan on modernized transformation project of high-speed wire rod which is the high-new technology, modern technology and equipment as "Tenth Five-Year Plan" scheming comes into big use in Liu Gang. The transformation scheme on high-speed wire rod is based on high level:the annual produce of single strand is 600,000 ton.The rolled product line speed is 120m/s, and the key equipment we imported is the most advanced stage facility in the world which incorporated the modern technology and equipment,and applied the computer, modern communication technology modern technology and equipment, and applied the computer, modern communication technology and information technology.
