长沙市轨道交通1号线一期工程设计项目管理应用研究

摘要
随着近年来城市化进程的加快,公众对于公共交通需求数量和质量不断增加。地铁是城市公共交通的重要组成部分,并以其方便、快速、舒适等特点获得公众青睐,各城市地铁项目建设蓬勃发展。地铁项目设计阶段对项目成本、质量、进度影响巨大,因此,本文选择对地铁设计项目进行项目管理研究,具有较强的实际意义。
     本文首先提出了论文的研究背景与研究意义,研究内容与技术路线,分析了地铁设计项目管理的现状和存在的主要问题。接下来以长沙市轨道交通1号线一期工程为例,首先对项目总体设计管理和职责划分进行设计,并明确审查与考核制度。在此基础.从设计文件的传递、正式文件的数量要求以及成果文件的立卷归档三个方面对项目信息管理的制度进行设计:从设计管理例会等方面对项目的会务管理、设计联络管理制度进行设计,把会务管理细分为设计管理工作例会、设计总体组例会、各种专业协调会议;在明确文件材料档案分类的基础上,对项目管理文件和勘察设计文件制定不同的管理办法,分类为项目管理文件管理、无图标文件管理、有图标文件管理、资料文件管理、电子文件管理、施工图变更设计文件管理,并总结出文件材料的组卷范围和编号方法及其它要求;在明确责任主体的基础上,对项目设计方案审查和文件会签的范国及流程等进行设计,分别采用了会审会签主体、设计方案审查范围及内容、总体总包组审查程序、总体组审查记录和可追溯性、审查意见的落实、设计文件会签;对项目(子项目)在设计过程中加强设计管理基础上,采用限额设计管理的办法,明确限额设计管理主要工作内容,确认限额设计管理职责分工,并细化限额设计管理工作流程,最后提出针对本项目合理的限额设计管理方法。
     论文的研究成果对地铁设计项目管理具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
With the speeding up of urbanization process in recent years, public is increasing demand for the quantity and quality of public transportation. Subway is an important part of urban public transportation, and with its characteristics of convenient, fast, comfortable access to the public, the booming urban subway project construction. Metro project design stage has had a huge impact to cost, quality, progress of project, therefore, this article choose the subway project in project management research, has strong practical significance.
     This paper first puts forward the research background and research significance of this paper, research contents and technical route, the paper analyzes the current situation of subway design project management and the existing main problems.
     Then, take changsha city rail transit line no.1issue of engineering as an example, the first overall design management and responsibility measure to carry on the design for the project, and review and appraisal system. On this basis, from the design file transmission, the number of official document requirements as well as the outcome document archives from three aspects of project information management system design; From aspects of the design management meeting for project business management, contact management system design, the business management into design management meetings, design regular meeting, all kinds of professional coordination meetings; In clear documentation filing, on the basis of the survey and design project management files and files of different management measures, Classification for file management, project management, no icon file management, file management, data file management, electronic document management, construction drawing design documents management, change. And summed up the group volume range of file materials and numbering methods and other requirements; In clear, on the basis of the main responsibility for project design review and file the certified scope and process of design, respectively adopted came sign design subject, review the scope and contents, overall total package group review procedures, overall examination records and traceability. the opinions of review design documents; For project (component) on the basis of design process in order to strengthen the management of design, adopt quota design management, clear limitation design management main work content, confirm the quota design management responsibility division of labor, and refine the quota design workflow management, finally puts forward on this project and reasonable limitation of design management method.
     Thesis research results for metro design project management has certain reference and reference value.
