摘要
哈尔滨轨道交通装备有限责任公司(简称:哈轨道装备公司)是一家国有大中型企业,主要设计、制造和检修铁路货车,具有百年的历史。哈轨道装备公司的前身是哈尔滨车辆厂,它经历了改制、搬迁改造、人员分流、以崭新的面貌显现在哈尔滨诸多知名国企中。2005年1月新厂建成投产,为了做好公司人力资源管理,建立一支精干、高效的员工队伍,适应新厂投产和企业长远发展需要,哈轨道装备公司制定了员工绩效考核办法。
     本论文介绍了哈轨道装备公司概况、人力资源状况及实施员工绩效考核的目的和意义,通过案例的形式对哈轨道装备公司员工绩效考核的设计与实施过程进行了详细的说明,并对于员工绩效考核所产生的初步效果做出总结。在案例分析部分,论文从实施员工绩效考核的必要性进行分析,到哈轨道装备公司员工绩效考核方案的整体分析,为该企业面对日趋激烈的市场竞争环境下如何保持人力资源的竞争优势提供了参考。
     本论文在案例分析的基础上,总结了哈轨道装备公司员工绩效考核工作中存在的不足之处,通过对存在问题的分析,提出了继续做好员工绩效考核工作的对策与建议,希望能对哈轨道装备公司未来的人力资源管理提供帮助。
Harbin Railway Transportation Equipment Co.,Ltd (HRTE) is a big state company that mainly design and manufacture and overhaul rail wagons, it has history of a hundred years. After changing it system and removing it address and reformed human resource, the Harbin Railway Transportation Equipment Co.,Ltd come into existence. It began to produce at 2005, in order to do a good job in human resources management, building a crack and efficient staff, adapting to the new long-term development of production and business needs, HRTE constituted the staff performance appraisal means.
     this thesis introduced the company situation, the status of human resources management, order and purport of staff performance appraisal, it detail through the case of staff performance appraisal designing and performing implementation of process, and for the employees arising from performance appraisal to make a preliminary summary of results. In the part of case analyze, it described the necessary of staff performance appraisal, and whole analyzed, the HRET staff performance appraisal project, provided proof of how to maintain predominance of human resources under the background of increasingly fierce competition
     In this thesis, on the basis of analyzing, summarize the staff performance appraisal deficiencies, through the analysis of problems and put forward to continue doing the work of the staff performance appraisal of the countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to help the company's future human resources management.
