GSM-R系统E接口分析与跨MSC越区切换的研究

摘要:GSM-R作为铁路专用的通信技术,正在世界铁路范围内得到越来越广泛的应用,推动着各国铁路行业的发展。随着我国高速铁路和客运专线的建设,GSM-R数字移动通信系统在我国迅速发展,并且针对不同的应用开展了相应的试验。
     随着GSM-R在我国的进一步发展,GSM-R核心节点的建设也正在按照铁路发展的规划稳步进行当中,核心网节点MSC之间将变得不再孤立而是处于相互联系之中。列车在运行途中可能要经过多个MSC覆盖的区域,发生垮MSC切换及后续切换,因此有必要对MSC之间的接口与跨MSC切换等问题进行研究。
     本文首先分析了MSC之间E接口的组网方式、协议栈、业务实现原理及信令流程,特别对跨MSC切换原理进行了详细的分析。接着针对跨MSC切换容易失败导致掉话的特点,对各种可能导致切换失败的原因进行了分析,总结了查找原因、解决问题的办法。本文重点提出了一种适用于高速铁路环境的新型快速切换算法,在理论上对该算法的实现方式和性能进行了分析,并与常规的切换算法在切换时延上进行了比较,表明了本算法在缩短切换时延上的作用和价值。
As a special railway communications technology, GSM-R is now increasingly widely used in the field of the world railway, and contributes to the development of railway industry. With the development of high speed railway and passenger dedicated railway, GSM-R is developing fast in China. Various applications has been experimented on different lines.
     Along with GSM-R development in China, the construction of GSM-R core node is under way according to the railway development plan, the core net node MSCs will become interconnected instead of being isolated. It is possible for trains to pass several MSCs region, to execute inter-MSC handover and inter-MSC subsequent handover, therefore, it is essential to research on the E interface between MSCs and inter-MSC handover problems.
     Firstly, this paper analyzes the network organization、protocol stack、services principle and signaling flow ,especially the inter-MSC handover principle ,of E interface between MSCs. Secondly, this paper analyzes the reasons resulting handover failure, summarizes some methods to locate reason and solve problems. As highlight of this paper, a new type of fast handover algorithm applied onto high-speed railway is presented, analysis is made on implementation methods and performance of this algorithm, comparison to the normal handover algorithm is also made to indicate the role and value on shortening the handover time-delay of the fast handover algorithm.
