新型组合式软开关115V/400Hz逆变电源设计

摘要
本文论述了航空静止变流器(ASI)的现状、发展方向及其基础——高功率密度、高变换效率的单级DC/DC变换器和单级DC/AC逆变桥软开关技术,设计了一种新颖的组合式PWM软开关115V/400Hz逆变电源电路拓扑,详细分析了这种电路的拓扑原理与控制策略。
     该新型电路拓扑由移相全桥ZVZCS PWM DC/DC变换器和DC/AC逆变器级联而成,实现了DC/DC变换器和DC/AC逆变器的电气隔离,具有电路拓扑简洁、体积和重量小、效率高等优点。两级电路各自构成独立闭环回路,前级采用电压型PWM控制技术,后级采用三态离散脉冲调制(DPM)电流滞环跟踪控制技术。
     试验结果表明,这种新型的组合式115V/400Hz电路拓扑是可行的。
     该电路拓扑的提出,实现了高压直流(270V)输入航空静止变流器中功率开关管的软开关,使得该型航空静止变流器的高频化、小型化和高变换效率成为可能。
The present status, development trend, and foundation for Aeronautical Static Inverter (ASI) are presented.Its foundation is soft-switching techniques of single-stage DC/DC converters , and single-stage DC/AC inverters with high power density and high efficiency.     This cascade circuit topology is constituted of a PS-ZVZCS PWM DC/DC converter and a DC/AC inverter. It has the merits such as simple topology, small bulk, lower weight and high efficiency, It also isolated the DC/DC converter and the DC/AC inverter.The DC/DC converter and DC/AC inverter have its separate close loop control circuit, the voltage-mode control strategy is introduced in the ZVZCS PWM DC/DC conerter, and the three states discrete pulse modulation(DPM) hysteresis current control strategy is introduced in the DC/AC inverter.
    This novel topology is verified by the test result.
    As a result of this novel topology, power transistors' soft-switching in ASI with high-voltage DC(270V) input was realized, which of course turn the ASI' high frequency, miniaturization and high efficency into true.
