谐波超标原因分析及含谐波的电能计量问题研究

摘要
目前,由于负荷结构的变化、对电能质量非常敏感的用电设备的大量使用以及电力市场化的发展等诸多原因使得电能质量问题越来越受到供、用电部门的重视。本文对电能质量指标统计分析和含谐波的电能计量方法两方面问题进行了研究。根据国家制定的电能质量指标标准,使用在线监测装置统计分析数据,判断电网的电能质量状况,为电能质量的改善治理提供依据。在北京供电局谐波管理处的合作下开发研制了相应的电能质量指标统计分析软件,实现了谐波超标原因分析报告和电容器谐波影响报告的生成。传统的电能表在谐波存在下由于自身的结构特性会产生误差,就此进行分析提出了新的电能计量方法,应用虚拟仪器技术实现了准确、公平、合理的电能计量。
At present,due to changing of load structures, using of electrical equipment sensitive to power quality and developing of electricity market, the problems of power quality are paid more and more attention by suppliers and customers. In this paper, the studies include two aspects, statistics and analysis of power quality indexes and a study on the method for energy metering with harmonics. According to Power Quality (PQ) standards which have been published, statistics of indexes of PQ are carried on using data from PQ monitoring devices on-line and with the result conditions of distribution network PQ are decided, which provides bases to improve PQ. A set of software has been programmed with the favor of the Harmonics Management Department of Beijing Electric Supplier Bureau. It can produce a report of harmonic voltage exceeding standard in substation bus bar and a report of capacitor’s effect on harmonics. Traditional energy meter can cause errors under the condition of harmonics due to its structural characters, and at the same time harmonic loads take in foundational power and send out harmonic power. This paper proposes a new way and realizes accuracy and fair energy metering.
