161乙引导雷达数字系统的设计与实现

摘要
161乙引导雷达是无线电信标式靶场通用引导设备,它配属于我站1435精密测量雷达。161乙引导雷达数字系统是161乙引导雷达系统的重要组成设备,也就是该雷达的计算机系统。其主要任务是:轴角至数字的转换编码;数字反引导;实时跟踪测量信息的记录、显示、打印;对系统进行故障自动检测;外时统信号的接收处理和模拟时统信号的产生;对雷达系统中某些状态量和模拟量的监视和处理等等。
     随着我国航天测控事业的迅速发展,原数字系统也日益老化,故障日趋频繁,不能适应新的测控需求。本课题就是重新设计和实现161乙引导雷达数字系统。该系统的设计与实现运用了当今先进的成熟的计算机软硬件技术。新系统的计算机主机为联想PⅢ品牌机,带有两块功能扩充板。台湾研华公司生产的PCL-731并口板用来采集时统信号及状态量;运用Protel 98技术研制的AD/DA转换板用来采集八路旋变信号及各种模拟量,并输出实时引导信号。为适应测控软件的实时性和可靠性要求,我们运用Microsoft公司的DDK设备驱动程序开发包研制了PCL-731并口板与AD/DA转换板的设备驱动程序。系统的应用软件运行在Windows NT Workstation 4.0中文操作系统的平台上,运用面向对象的分析与设计技术,在Visual C++ 5.0集成开发环境下开发,并运用Open GL技术设计应用程序界面。为适应新的测控需求,我们研究并得到一系列算法,包括轴角编码算法、主动段与运行段的实时引导算法、数据平滑与野值剔除算法等等,这些算法的应用完善了设备的功能,提高了设备的测量精度。
     161乙引导雷达数字系统于2000年3月研制完成并投入使用,功能与性能完全满足测控需求,各种战术技术指标均符合要求,具有可靠性、实时性、通用性、科学性、界面友好等特点。系统顺利完成了站内和基地联调任务,并在2000年9月的“尖兵三号”实战任务中,工作稳定,各种信息处理准确无误,圆满地完成了实战任务。该系统将继续参加我站执行的后续试验任务。
161B guidance radar is a universal guidance equipment used in radiophare tracking. It belongs to 1435 radar which is a precise measuring radar in our station. The digital system,which is a computer system for 161B guidance radar,is an important part of this radar. Its major task is to switch O D,to guide tracking,to record,display and print real-time tracking information,to carry out automatic detection of system faults,to receive standard outer time signal ,to produce simulative time,to monitor and process some variable from the radar system,etc.
    With the rapid development in national TT&C sector,the former digital system is showing more and more malfunctions and getting increasingly incompetent to the requirements of new TT&C missions. This task is to design and carry out a new digital system for 161B guidance radar. The presently advanced technology in hardware and software has been applied to this new digital system for 161B guidance radar.A Legend PHI with two function-expansion cards works as the main computer of the new digital system. Parallel-port card PCL-731 made by YanHua company is used for collecting time signals and status signals. The AD DA card designed by applying Protel 98 is used for collecting eight signals from rotary transformer and other analog signals while outputting real-time guiding signals.In order to meet the requirements of TT&C software for real time and reliability,we have developed successfully the device driver for parallel-port card PCL-731 and AD DA card through applying Microsoft DDK. The application program for t
    he new digital system is based on Windows NT Workstation 4.0 operating system and it was developed under Visual C++ 5.0 applying OOA and OOD. We designed the interface for the application with support of Open GL.In order to meet new requirements of TT&C missions,we have devised some new algorithm for axis-angle codification,real time guidance of satellite tracing,data glossification and bad data culling,etc. Application of these methods have greatly strengthened the functions of the whole system,thus the measuring precision has been greatly

    This system was put to use in March 2000.Its function and performance meet the TT&C requirements compeletly. All technology indexes meet design requirements.
    The system has such characteristic as reliability ,universal,real-time,
    scientific and friendly interface. The tracking data possesses high precision.This system is highly stable in hardware and perfect in software function. It is easy to use for its friendly user-interface. This system fulfilled its task perfectly in "JB-3" satellite unified practice. During the actual tracking mission launched September 2000,precise data was given. This system successfully accomplished its task in "JB-3" satellite tracking mission and will implement the following task.
