煤层抗截强度变化规律与采煤机能耗关系研究

摘要
对工作面煤体的力学性质进行定量表征,抗截强度是最可靠的综合性指标。煤岩抗截强度测定装置的设计是论文内容之一,本论文主要提出了利用煤层工作面抗截强度的变化规律,解决降低采煤机比能耗的方法。
     在采煤工作面,由于煤层顶板压力的作用,使煤层物理机械性质发生变化。文中利用测得的抗截强度变化曲线,考虑到顶板压力对煤壁的破坏作用,确定了既能保证有最小比能耗又能增大工作面产量的采煤机截深;介绍了利用抗截强度变化曲线对采煤机螺旋滚筒进行等强度排列的方法;利用煤层的平均抗截强度进行截齿的受力计算,并利用ANSYS模拟受力变形。
During conduct quantitative express to mechanics nature of work face coal,cutting strength is the most dependable comprehensive norm. The design of device of measuring coal cutting strength is one of dissertation. Making use of span variation law of cutting strength of coal bed working surface cut down consumption of energy of shear.
    Owing to the effect of backwall pressure,make coal bed cutting strength occur variation. In this dissertation taking advantage of measuring curve of cutting strength,and considering
    destructive action of backwall pressure,determine shear cutting
    depth of both the smallest consumption of energy and the biggest working surface productivity. Making use of measuring cutting strength carry out force analysis on picks,and taking advantage of ANSYS make analogy on picks of the shear.
