实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)在广东烟草质检实验室中的应用研究

摘要
中国烟草行业产品质量监督工作经过多年的努力,形成了包括国家烟草质量监督检验中心、行业重点质检站、各省级质检站、卷烟生产企业质检站在内的质量监督检测网,承担由国家局组织的行业卷烟(卷烟行业)及原辅材料的监督检查工作。为强化行业质量监督工作,提高质检工作时效性,改善和提高质检资源配置效率,有效的解决目前质检数据反应滞后,数据分析技术水平低等问题。国家局发起建设全国烟草质检数据采集分析技术系统。
     在全国烟草质检数据采集分析技术系统的建设过程中,将在各省级烟草专卖局下属的省级烟草质量监督检测站(烟草质量检测实验室)实施和上线实验室信息管理系统(LIMS),根据各质检实验室管理体系和具体要求,建立实现集检测仪器联网数据自动采集、检测业务处理自动化、办公自动化为一体的各实验室管理体系的实验室管理信息系统,从而规范行业实验室质量检验和质量管理工作流程,提高实验室综合检测能力和分析水平。
     广东烟草是全国烟草行业最早实施LIMS系统建设的企业机构,在此背景下,结合中国烟草质检数据采集分析技术系统的建设,以广东烟草质检实验室的LIMS系统实施建设为案例,本文首先结合全国烟草行业质检机构数据采集分析技术系统项目建设的特殊性,介绍了系统的项目背景以及系统研究的目的和意义,介绍了LIMS系统的概念模型,随后分析了广东烟草质检实验室管理的现状和存在的问题,并结合本行业的实际情况对LIMS信息系统的需求分析和系统运行进行详细论述,分析了LIMS成功实施的影响因素,对LIMS管理信息系统的功能模块构建和划分进行了详细的说明,最后结合LIMS系统的实施,介绍了所采用的多项应用技术,为LIMS系统在全国其他省市的推广实施提供了经验。

National Tobacco Board to launch construction of the State Quality Supervision, Inspection Data Acquisition and Analysis technology systems.
     The National Tobacco quality inspection data acquisition and analysis technology system construction, will be made available at the provincial level the Provincial Tobacco Monopoly Bureau of Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of tobacco (tobacco quality testing laboratories), the implementation and on-line Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) , according to the quality control laboratory management systems and specific requirements, establish testing instruments to achieve set of automatic data collection network to detect business process automation, office automation for the integrated management system in the laboratories of Laboratory Information Management System, which regulate the industry laboratory quality inspection and quality control workflow, enhance laboratory detection capabilities and an integrated level of analysis.
     Guangdong Tobacco is the country the construction of the first implementation of the LIMS system, business organizations, in this context, the combination of China's tobacco quality control data acquisition and analysis technology system construction, quality control laboratories in Guangdong Tobacco LIMS system implementation building as a case, the paper first with the National the tobacco industry quality inspection agency data acquisition and analysis technology system projects the particularity of the system introduced the project background and purpose of the study and significance of the system introduced LIMS system, conceptual model, followed by an analysis of the Guangdong quality control laboratory management the status of the tobacco and existing problems, combined with our industry's actual situation on the LIMS information system requirements analysis and operation of the system in detail, analyzed the factors affecting the successful implementation of LIMS, LIMS management information system for the function modules to build and division in detail Description. At last, the implementation of the LIMS system, introduced a number of application technology used for the LIMS system in the country to promote the implementation of other provinces and cities to provide that experience.
