基于RFID技术的L时装公司供应链管理系统的构建分析

摘要
RFID应用技术是继条码技术后逐渐兴起的技术，并在最近几年得到了长足的发展。目前其最有价值的应用领域就是供应链物流管理领域。针对服装本身所具有的诸多不确定性的产品特性以及其整个供应链作业流程繁杂、可视化差的现实问题，运用RFID技术对整个服装供应链系统进行革新。
本文主要对RFID技术在服装供应链管理系统的整体构建方面进行较为深入的研究。目的是为了实现供应链上的信息流向和服装流向的协调统一，增进各环节参与者之间的业务沟通，优化各环节之间的衔接作业，实现整体效率最优与成本最低。
本文通过对L公司现有供应链管理系统的现状进行分析，发现L的整个供应链管理中存在供应商沟通不畅，生产信息缺乏实时管理，仓库无可视化管理，货期难以精确控制，产品分销渠道不畅、无法根据市场情况实时差别供货，同时对整个流程的信息反馈，特别是销量分布、客户群体等相关信息的反馈没有良好的运行机制等问题。这些问题主要是由于供应链上信息流与物流之间未能实现双向流动造成的。本文通过运用RFID对L供应链进行改造，建立以供应商协作平台、生产、仓库、分销等系统为基础的LRFID供应链管理系统，实现整个供应链上信息流与物流的同步运行，以实现整个L供应链的可视化、自动化、实时化、精益化管理。
文章以具体服装公司的供应链系统为蓝本，通过RFID技术改进，整合企业资源，实现整个供应链上的高效运行，具有一定的经济价值和实践参考意义。
RFID （Radio Frequency Identification） applied technology is gradually on the riseafter the barcode technology， and has been developed by leaps and bounds in recent years.Its most valuable applications will be for supply chain logistics management. For theuncertainty of product characteristics of garment itself and the real problem that its entiresupply chain processes complex and a lower visualization， innovate the entire supplychain system using RFID technology.
This paper focuses on the aspects of RFID technology in the apparel supply chainmanagement system as a whole build more in-depth study. The goal is to achieveharmonization of the information flow in the supply chain and apparel flows， enhancebusiness communication between the participants in the various aspects of optimizing theconvergence between the various aspects of operations， to achieve the best overallefficiency and lowest cost.
Firstly， being based on the analysis of the status of L-Fashion's existing supply chainmanagement system， we found L-Fashion's entire supply chain management exists themiscommunication of the suppliers， lacking of real-time production informationmanagement， the warehouse without visual management， delivery is difficult toaccurately control， poor product distribution channels， making the real-time accuratedelivery being based on market conditions， and not having a good running mechanism ofthe information feedback in the entire supply process， especially the sales， customergroups， and so on. These problems are mainly caused due to the failure to achieve thetwo-way flow between the information flow and logistics in the supply chain. In thispaper， we are using RFID the L-Fashion’s supply chain transformation， and establishing a L-Fashion’s RFID supply chain management system including the supplier collaborationplatform，production，warehouse，distribution system to achieve synchronous operationof the entire supply chain information flow and logistics in order to achieve thevisualization， automation， real-time and lean management in the L-Fashion’s supplychain.
The article models specific clothing supply chain system， makes the RFIDtechnology improvement and integration of enterprise resource efficient， and has a certaineconomic value and practical significance.
