预油漆纸用三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂的研究

摘要
目前预油漆纸用浸渍树脂主要为脲醛树脂(UF),脲醛树脂的优点是浸渍性好、价格低,但疏水性不好。在潮湿条件下,如果预油漆纸贮存不善,会产生卷曲变形。严重受潮时,会对贴面产生不利影响。本文采用三聚氰胺对脲醛树脂进行改性,合成三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂(MUF),解决预油漆纸耐潮湿性的问题。
     研究MUF浸渍树脂合成工艺从三聚氰胺加入量、反应过程pH值的控制、反应温度、反应浓度、Mol比、反应终点的控制、尿素投料方案等方面试验。合成出了在达到浸渍树脂贮存期、游离甲醛含量、适用期等要求下,满足预油漆纸的耐潮湿性的MUF浸渍树脂。在UF浸渍树脂中引入三聚氰胺,对浸渍树脂的性能指标产生了明显的影响。使UF胶的耐潮湿性明显增强。通过试验,确定三聚氰胺的加入量为尿素重量的20%。并通过探讨胶粘剂合成过程中各影响因子对改性胶性能的影响,确定了满足MUF浸渍树脂各项性能的胶粘剂配方。
     本文对MUF浸渍树脂进行了调制试验,在满足胶粘剂适用期和浸渍纸预固化度的前提下,通过在加入不同量的增塑剂的同时调整固化剂和阻聚剂的配比的方法,确定调胶配方。可以制造出具有较好耐潮湿性能且有良好弯曲半径的预油漆纸。调胶试验中由于增塑剂的加入进一步提高了预油漆纸的耐潮湿性,涂漆后预油漆纸的耐潮湿性将得到进一步的改善,能够满足其在高湿度的条件下贮存和使用要求。
The impregnation resin used to finish foil is urea formaldehyde resin mainly now, the advantages of UF resin is good impregnation performance, low price, but the moisture-resistance performance is bad. In the high moisture circumstance, finish foil will roll if the reservation is bad. When finish foil absorbed moisture more, it's bad to press. This paper aimed at the problem of moisture-resistance performance of finish foil, adopting melamine modified urea formaldehyde impregnated resin to make MUF.
    Studying MUF impregnation resin through the experiments of adding quantities of the melamine, control of the pH quality, temperature, reaction consistency, ratio of mol, control of the reaction end-point, project of the adding urea. Composed MUF meets storing life, content of free formaldehyde, pot life and the moisture-resistance performance of the finish foil. Urea formaldehyde resin import melamine had an obvious influence to the performances of the impregnated resin. The moisture-resistance performance of the UF resin boosts up obviously. The adding quantity of the melamine is 20% relative to the urea through the experiment. And through discussing the influence of the influencing factors to the performances of the modified resin, the resin recipe meets every performance is confirmed.
    This paper did experiments about adjusting resin experiment, under the conditions of meeting the pot life of the resin and pre-curing extent, through the method of adjusting the ratio of the curing reagent and prevent aggregation reagent to confirm the adjusting adhesive recipe. This can make out finish foil with good moisture-resistance and flexible performance. The experiment developed the moisture-resistance performance because the import of plasticizer. After painting, the moisture-resistance performance will enhance. These made the finish foil meet the requests of the storing and using in the high moisture circumstance.
