泰安市农村信息服务平台建设研究
摘要
随着信息化技术在农村应用的不断深入,推进农村信息化建设已经成为推动农村全面协调发展的要素,能够发展以信息技术为支撑的新型农业生产力,促进现代化新农村的建设过程,实现全面建设小康社会的目标。
本文首先阐述了泰安市农村信息服务平台建设的意义和目的;然后在查询国内外相关文献的基础上,通过问卷调查和实地调研等方式了解目前泰安市农村信息化建设的现状和急需建设的内容,确定了泰安市农村信息服务平台的逻辑框架;在此基础上,确定了信息服务平台的结构和功能,对信息服务平台的结构和功能进行了详细的分析和阐述,主要包括信息服务平台的总体体系设计、数据库体系结构设计、系统软硬件体系结构、应用系统设计模式进行了详细的说明。本文的目的是通过构建信息服务平台,能够充分集成各种信息,通过统一、标准的信息接口,将分布异构的农村信息便捷地整合到统一的平台下,有效地加以管理;为专业系统开发和信息发布服务。介绍了基于平台开发的土地管理信息系统和政务管理信息系统。最后,对平台设计和应用进行了总结。
文章内容具体安排如下:第一部分包括本文研究的意义,国内外的研究现状和研究目的以及研究思路;第二部分对泰安市农村信息服务平台建设的现状进行了详细的调查,包括农村信息服务的现状、农村信息的需求现状、信息获取的渠道等;第三部分给出了信息服务平台的总体结构;第四部分介绍了信息服务平台的功能;第五部分给出信息服务平台的应用实例,最后,对全文进行了总结。
As information technology has been popularly applied in rural areas, it’s a part of comprehensive and coordinated development to promote information technology in rural areas, it can develop modern agricultural productivity supported by new information technology, promote the modernization process of building new countryside, to achieve the gole of comprehensively building a well-off society.
This paper starts with describing meaning and purpose of the construction of the rural information service platform in Taian; and then based on the query of related resourses at home and abroad, finds out the current construction situation of information construction of Taian in rural areas by means of questionnaire surveys and field research and the content of the urgent need of building; determined the logical framework of rural information service platform in Tai'an; On this basis, make sure the structure and function of the information service platform, This paper makes a detailed analysis and elaboration of the structure and function of the information service platform. Information service platform includes the overall system design, database architecture design, system hardware and software architecture, applicational system design model in detail. The purpose of this article is fully integrating all kinds of information through building information service platform, the distributed heterogeneous rural information can be easily integrated into a unified platform through a unified, standard interface,so we can to manage them effectively and serves for professional system development and information distribution. For this reson,the text introduced the platform-based land management system and government system of towns and villages. and also based on the platform to achieve the land management information services and government information services; Finally, summarizs and prospects the applications of information service platform for the future.
The contents of the article is prepared as follows: The first part consists of the significance of this study, domestic and international research status and research purposes, and research ideas; second part carefully investigates the current situation of the construction of rural information service platform in Tai'an; including the situation of rural information service, the status quo of rural information needs, access to information channels; the third part gives the overall structure of the information service platform; fourth section describes the functions of the information service platform; fifth part gives an application example of of the information service platform; Finally, put forward their own proposals and policy responses on how to accelerate the construction of rural information service platform in Tai’an .
