成圈型贾卡经编针织物计算机仿真研究

摘要
近年来,随着计算机应用技术水平的不断发展与提高,计算机的强大数学计算与图形处理能力已得到了广泛的工业应用,特别是织物CAD技术的应用大大方便了织物的设计与生产,为纺织行业带来了巨大的经济与社会效益。长期以来,织物CAD技术一直是计算机在纺织领域中的一个重要应用与研究方向。随着织物CAD技术研究的不断深入,新兴的织物仿真技术已成为该领域中的又一个重要的研发方向。由于国内至今未曾公开有过专门性的经编针织物相关方面的仿真研究,而该类织物特别是成圈型贾卡经编针织物,其结构复杂多变、产品市场非常具有前景,因此,对该类织物进行计算机仿真研究具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文就是以这种大的背景为依托而建立出成圈型贾卡经编针织物计算机仿真研究这一课题。
     论文中,经编专业知识是基础,计算机图形学与计算机编程技术是工具,多学科知识的交叉应用是本课题得以顺利进行的关键。论文首先对织物计算机仿真技术的应用以及成圈型贾卡经编针织物的发展作一简要概述,并对当前国内外课题相关的研究与开发现状进行了介绍,在此基础上论文阐明了课题的研究意义并列出课题的研究目标与内容;接着论文对成圈型贾卡经编针织物的组织结构进行了深入的分析,总体上分析了该类织物的外观风格及其影响要素;其后,论文对该类织物仿真用相关数学模型进行了一定的研究与构建;最后,论文进行了成圈型贾卡经编针织物仿真系统设计,并利用计算机编程语言VC++ 6.0初步完成了织物仿真系统的开发,实现了该类织物的计算机仿真,取得了一定的仿真效果。
Recently, With continual development and improvement of the application technology level in computer, powerful computer capacity of mathematical calculation and graphics process has been applied to industry broadly, especially, the application of fabric CAD technology makes it more convenient to design and produce fabric, brings enormous economic and social benefit for textile field. So far, the fabric CAD technology is always one of important computer application and research in textile field. With continual deeply research on it, a new study—fabric simulation comes forth. Till now, there isn't any public simulation research on warp-knitted fabric at home, however, those kinds of fabric have complicated constructions and good market, especially as far as the stitch forming jacquard warp-knitted fabric is concerned. Therefore, the simulation research on it will be of great value. This study is set on a background of above-mentioned circumstances.
     During the study, the warp knitting knowledge is the basic, computer graphics and programming techniques are tools, multidisciplinary application is a key to complete the study. Firstly, the thesis introduces the application of fabric simulation and development of stitch forming jacquard warp-knitted fabric briefly, meanwhile, it also gives some introduction about state of correlative research and development, points out the sense, aim and content of the study. Then, the thesis analyses the constructions of the stitch forming jacquard warp-knitted fabric, gets the fabric appearance character as well as influencing parameters of it. The thesis does research on correlative mathematical models for simulation of this kind of fabric. At last, the thesis designs the software which is used to simulate the stitch forming jacquard warp-knitted fabric, and develops it with programming tool——VC++ 6.0, realizes the simulation of this kind of fabric, and gets some effect.
