有效创办微小企业研究

摘要
中国共产党十六届六中全会作出的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》把社会就业比较充分、覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系基本建立,作为构建社会主义和谐社会的目标和主要任务之一。而解决我国日益严重的就业问题,必须适应新形式,采取积极的措施,运用灵活多样的就业形式,积极调整产业结构,大力发展第三产业吸纳劳动力就业。微小企业是发展第三产业的载体之一。
本文面对的是那些有意要成为小老板的创业者们,针对他们在创办微小企业中应知应会的知识与技能以及实践中出现的问题及解决办法进行了分析和研究。目的是使创业者能正确解决创业过程中存在的诸多问题,攻下每一个难关,成功创业并成长为真正的企业家。
就一般情况而言,企业在开创之初对未来是充满憧憬的,但是万事开头难,正式开业后,往往是理想与现实产生差距,作为白手起家的创业者在实践中容易出现哪些问题?他们应如何解决才能走向成功?笔者通过对大量的第一手资料的收集、整理、归纳、总结,分析了创业中容易出现的问题及解决办法。并通过对一位大学生创业历程的分析给创业者一些启示,走好创业过程中的每一步。目的在于指导创业者怎样有效地创办自己的企业,把创业的激情转化为理性的思考,为创业者解决实际问题提供科学依据。
同时,本文还对微小企业有效创办后的运营前景和进一步的研究进行了展望。笔者迫切期望我国的微小企业都能发展成为健康运营的经济实体,旺盛的创业活动让我国的经济体制快速的新陈代谢,维持经济社会的活力与效率,带来新的方法、新的思维模式、新的产品技术和新的价值。

This article faces is these means must become young boss the pioneers, should know the question and the solution in view of them in the origination small enterprise which should in the meeting knowledge and the skill as well as the practice appears has carried on the analysis and the research. The goal is enables the pioneer correctly to solve many problems which in the imbark process exists, captures each difficulty, the success starts an undertaking and grows into the genuine entrepreneur.
Speaking of the ordinary circumstances, the enterprise fills the expectation at the beginning of the foundation to the future, but the everything is difficult to do at the very beginning, after will start doing business officially, often will be the ideal and the reality has the disparity easily, which problems in reality the pioneer who the achievement will start from scratch to have? How should they solve can move towards successfully?
