项目管理共性信息特征研究

摘要
在全球范围内，共性项目管理已经成为项目管理研究与发展的方向。从共性项目管理对管理信息的要求出发，本文所研究的项目管理共性信息特征是开发与构建项目管理共性信息平台的一项重要的基础工作，同时它还可以为项目中因项目主体多元化所引起的不同项目管理软件信息共享问题提供一种解决方法。
本文的研究起始于对不同类型项目管理信息特征的提炼，从不同类型项目中选取了具有代表性的工程项目、型号研制项目以及软件开发项目作为研究切入点，以项目生命周期、静态与动态信息、项目管理九大领域以及项目角色为线索进行了管理信息的收集与整理，进而完成信息特征的提炼。在此基础上，再以项目管理的开始、计划、执行、控制与结束五个子过程为主线，通过对以上项目的管理信息特征的归并建立了项目管理共性信息特征及其数据表。
在以上研究的基础上，论文采用C／S模式，以Windows 2000为操作系统，SQL Server2000为数据库，应用VB7.0进行程序设计，完成了基于项目管理共性信息特征数据表的项目管理软件P3与微软Project的数据通信，验证了项目管理共性信息特征的正确性。
最后，论文分析了项目管理共性信息特征的应用与发展前景。
Now the Common Project Management has become the direction in the R&D of Project Management all over the world. From the requirement of Common Project Manangement to management information, Project Management Common Information Characteristics are reseached in this thesis, which are important fundament of developing Project Management Common Information Platform. Furthermore, they can also be used to solve data communication problems among different Project Management Software used by the stakeholders in the project.
As the beginning of research, the thesis abstracted the management information characteristics of different projects. The process of abstraction had two steps. One was selecting engineering project, model R&D project and software development project as research objects. The other was adopting project life cycle, static and dynamic information, nine fields of Project Management and project stakeholders as clues to show the management information of project management process. On the basis of information collected, the article classified them and set the data tables of Project Management Common Information Characteristics under the five processes of Project Management, which were initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing.
On the foundation of the research, the thesis completed the data communication between P3 and Project, which are both project management software. With the pattern of C/S, the system used Windows 2000 as the disk operation system, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database management system and VB7.0 as development tool. These results validated the exactness of Project Management Common Information Characteristics.
In the end, the thesis analyzed the application and development direction of the Project Management Common Information Characteristics.
