健身气功八段锦辅助治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床观察性研究

摘要
研究目的:
     通过观察练习健身气功八段锦1次、八段锦2次、八段锦3次、步行、对照(不进行规律体育锻炼)5种不同方法对2型糖尿病的临床疗效,探讨健身气功八段锦辅助治疗2型糖尿病的特点。通过观察练习不同次数健身气功八段锦来分析探讨健身气功八段锦辅助治疗2型糖尿病的量效关系。
     研究方法:
     (1)选取2型糖尿病患者35例,随机分为对照组、步行组、八段锦1次组、八段锦2次组、八段锦3次组,各7例。对照组:受试志愿者除使用药物外,不参加任何处方锻炼。步行组:要求受试志愿者每天步行2次。八段锦组:以健身气功八段锦为干预方法,患者分别进行1次/天、2次/天和3次/天的锻炼练习。运动组都每周运动5天以上,连续3个月。分别在运动疗法前后监测5组体重指数、血糖、糖化血红蛋白及相关量表评分变化,并对各参数进行相关分析。(2)健身气功八段锦1次组、2次组、3次组,治疗结束后分析其运动量效关系。
     实验结果:
     (1)在3个月后,八段锦1次组、八段锦2次组、八段锦3次组、步行组及对照组体重指数(BMI)前后之间都未见明显差异(p>0.05);5组组间BMI指数改善程度亦未见明显差异(p>0.05)。
     (2)3个月后,与对照组和八段锦2次组比,八段锦3次组及步行组收缩压(SBP)降低程度都明显(p<0.05);与对照组及八段锦2次组比,八段锦3次组舒张压(DBP)都要低于这两组组(P<0.05)。
     (3)3个月后,与对照组、八段锦1次组及八段锦2次组比,八段锦3次组、步行组空腹血糖(FBG)改善程度大于这两组(P<0.05);八段锦1次组、八段锦2次组、八段锦3次组、步行组及对照组5组间餐后血糖(PBG)前后之间都未见明显差异(p>0.05),5组组间PBG改善程度亦未见明显差异(p>0.05);与对照组比,运动组HbA1C都有改善,八段锦3次组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)降低降低幅度明显高于其他组(P<0.05)。
     (4)3个月后,八段锦3次组躯体健康评分(PCS)升高明显大于八段锦1次组及八段锦2次组(P<0.05),而八段锦1次组与八段锦2次组比较却无明显差异(p>0.05);心理健康评分(MCS)运动组前后皆有改善,5组各组未见明显差异(p>0.05);Cssd70总分方而,与对照比,运动组Cssd70总分均升高明显(P<0.05),与步行组比,八段锦3次组显效明显(P<0.05)。
     结论:
     八段锦功法对于降压、控制空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白、改善糖尿病病情及生命质量有一定的效果。八段锦功法与糖尿病治疗效果存在一定的量效关系,八段锦功法中每天3次八段锦的练习,其辅助治疗糖尿病效果最为明显。
Objective:
     By observing exercises Qigong Ba Duan Jin1time, Ba Duan Jin2times, Ba Duan Jin3times, walk, control (no regular physical exercise) five different methods for type2diabetes to explore the characteristics of the Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin adjuvant treatment of type2diabetes. By observing the different number of Qigong Ba Duan Jin Qigong Ba Duan Jin auxiliary analysis to explore the treatment of type2diabetes dose-effect relationship.
     Method:
     (1)Select the type2diabetic patients,35cases were randomly divided into control group, walking group, Ba Duan Jin1time group,2times groups,3time groups, each seven cases. Control group:subjects volunteers in addition to the use of drugs, do not participate in any prescription exercise. Walking groups:subjects volunteers to walk two times a day. Ba Duan Jin Group:Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin interventions, patients were1times/day,2times/day,3times/day workout session. Exercise group, exercise5days a week, for three consecutive months.5groups were monitored before and after exercise therapy body mass index, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and related scale score change, and each parameter.
     (2) Qigong Ba Duan Jin group1,2,3times a group to analyze the amount of exercise activity relationship after the end of treatment.
     Result:
     (1)Three months later, before and after body mass index (BMI) of the Ba Duan Jin1time group, Ba Duan Jin2times group, Ba Duan Jin3times group, walking group and control group have no significant difference between each group,(p>0.05).;The BMI improvement between the five groups group was no significant difference (p>0.05).
     (2)Three months later, compared with the control group and the Ba Duan Jin2times group, Ba Duan Jin3times group and walking group systolic blood pressure (SBP), lower extent were significantly (p<0.05); With the control group and Ba Duan Jin2times group, the Ba Duan Jin3times group diastolic blood pressure (DBP) are lower than the two groups (P<0.05).
     (3)Three months later, compared with the control group, Ba Duan Jin1time group and Ba Duan Jin2times groups, the fasting blood glucose (FBG) of Ba Duan Jin3times groups and walking group, the degree of improvement is greater than these two groups (P<0.05). No significant difference (p>0.05) between the before and after; Ba Duan Jin1time group,2times group and3times group, walking group and control group,5groups, postprandial blood glucose (PBG) improvement between the two groups of five groups also have no significant difference (p>0.05); compared with control group, exercise group the HbAlC have to improve, glycated hemoglobin (HbAlC) of Baduanjin3times group reduce the lower rate significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05).
     (4)Three months later, physical health score (PCS) of the Ba Duan Jin3times group increased significantly larger than the Ba Duan Jin1time group and2times group (P<0.05), but Ba Duan Jin1time group with Ba Duan Jin2times group have no significant difference (p>0.05); both to the mental health score (MCS) of the exercise group improved, each group of5groups has no significant difference (p>0.05); Compared with control group, Cssd70total scores of the exercise group increased significantly (P<0.05); Compared with walk group,than the walking group Ba duan jin2times group has significantly improved(P<0.05).
     Conclution:
     (1)Ba Duan Jin exercises can control of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, improve the diabetic condition and quality of life have a certain effect.(2)Ba Duan Jin exercises a certain dose-effect relationship with diabetes treatment, exercise Ba Duan Jin3times daily, the adjuvant treatment of diabetes effect is most obvious.
