企业集团物流网络管理模式研究

摘要
在现代产业融合与供应链管理的发展背景下,企业集团物流系统的“复杂网”形态将按照现代物流的网络化逻辑运作,才能体现现代物流的专业化、规模化以及现代企业集团的产业融合等价值特征。本文以能源类企业集团物流网络为研究对象,对其产业物流作业系统进行价值形式以及管理机制的探讨。
     本文根据社会网络理论、复杂网络理论等理论成果,按照模式的一般性框架定义,揭示在企业集团物流网络管理方式中如何达成“分散的集中”,对“联结”的价值内涵——“关系”的互动性和“架桥”的经济性进行了分析讨论。在此基础上,建立了企业集团物流网络管理模式的三重内涵,指出包含关系联系、运营线路等“联结”对于集团产业物流网络优化的价值贡献。本文研究指出,企业集团物流网络管理模式是以子公司之间物流合作产生价值为驱动力量,以其联结的关系内涵及其产生拓扑动力为价值分析主线,建立企业集团产业物流网络整合程度的量化标准,使企业集团产业物流网络中资源、功能和任务的有效整合能够被“联结”的价值创造逻辑所指导,从而更容易达成企业集团产业物流网络的“协调与优化”。
     在理论内涵层面,对“联结”的价值逻辑进行量化,构建了企业集团物流网络管理模式的关系资本模型和决策评估模型,使子公司之间物流合作能够从价值量化标准上“有章可循”。同时,依据结构化的网络分析法以及交易成本理论,对企业集团产业物流网络管理策略中物流组织网络的极化结构、物流信息网络的模块化结构、物流设施网络的轴辐式结构等形式进行了设计。
     在实践应用层面,依据“联结”即协调和优化的观点,以促进企业集团子公司之间物流合作联结、相互依存等网络化管理机制为目标,依据网络分析法和数学规划法,对资源整合时组织间利益分配标准问题、功能整合时货物调配过程中建立“非冗余联结”网络结构的问题,以及任务整合方面方面考虑小世界网络特征值变化规律有效组织物流设施与合理分配问题都一一进行了分析、建模与求解。
     最后,选择中电投蒙东能源集团物流网络管理变革实例进行了企业集团物流网络管理模式的实证研究分析,从“联结”的关系内涵和结构动力分析了模式的管理内涵以及协同策略,并进行了理论验证,证明模式理论可行且有效。

Enterprises group depend on Modern logistics to gain its integration across their branches, but it becomes a "complex network" among their logistics system, how to reach a corrective logistics network management model is very important. Because the object of "linkage" could chain these theories about network science and network relationship capital, this research will talk about the logic of "Value creation" and "Integration Approach" with the help of "Social Network Theory" and "Complex network theory", try to explain the cause of "scattered concentration" depend on the connotation of Logistics network—"Relationship interaction and structural embeddedness" within the same enterprise group, then study the synergies and flexibility of enterprise groups'logistics network from bridge patterns based on the viewpoint that linkage lead to Optimization and coordination.
     Management mode of enterprise groups'logistics network is driven by Value division and Dynamic Capabilities. It is mainly controlled by Relational connection and structured linkage, and supported by web-based logistics platform service. It constantly brings about the synergetic opportunity for enterprise groups'industry and logistics network by tracking Network characteristic parameters'dynamic change, regulating site of network structure and regulating network connect method. Furthermore, it can help to achieve the goal that improving the harmonization and optimization between enterprise groups'logistics network and industry circumstance. Therefore,This mode is to follow the inherent law of networking and make these informal relative linkages to be structual and systematic, and to clear the hidden competitive resources among network linkages.
     In terms of the essential connotation of enterprise group logistics network management mode, it brings to network synergies of logistics centers and network elastic of logistics services, and to make the system architecture be valued. First of all, Group decision-making mechanism with resource synergy, business process reengineering with function synergy, and Value-added service oriented from Customer synergy are designed by using the similar elements of logistics network links, then designed the framework of growth pole organization network, block model functional network, and hub-spoke facility network according to the links rules. The relational capital model is also proposed to classify links into four types which could convert the hidden relation resources to overt competitive advantage.
     In the application of enterprise group's logistics network management mode, it demonstrated the application of different links and constructed these functions listed as bellow:(1) the evaluation model as to the efficiency combined of network individual with whole network;(2) some models of benefit distribution, material deployment and facilities assignment based on the network analysis methods and mathematical programming methods.
     Ultimately, this research take MengDong energy enterprise group's logistics network management reformation practices as an example, conduct empirical analysis on relation, structure, management and synergy strategy. The analysis proved that this model is feasible.
