摘要
进度管理是项目管理的一个重要分支,进度控制是保证项目按期完成的关键管理环节。本文根据项目管理和进度控制的基本思想,重点对网络计划技术进行了分析,并从项目计划的编制、项目计划工期的优化与项目的进度控制三个方面结合一个实际项目,较为深入全面地论述了该项目的进度管理方法。
     本文首先引出问题并指出论文的目的与意义,接着阐述了项目管理的理论知识与网络计划技术的概念,着重分析网络计划技术与传统意义上的甘特图之间的差异及存在的优劣势,并介绍了项目管理软件的发展状况,然后就一市场调查项目重点研究了网络计划技术在本项目进度管理中的应用。具体从以下三个方面进行:(1)进度计划的编制:通过分析本市场调研项目的背景原始资料,针对工期、资源、项目要求等条件,运用网络计划技术编制初步的市场调查进度计划,为项目的进度管理得以顺利进行打下坚实基础;(2)项目计划工期的优化:根据网络计划技术原理对编制的初步进度计划进行优化、并做出调整,使之能够满足项目计划工期的要求。(3)项目进度的控制:针对本项目实施动态的监测并跟踪、控制项目的进行,使其在计划范围之内,并根据项目实施中发生的变更做出及时调整与更新,在计划要求工期内顺利完成项目。
     本文采用理论研究与实践相结合的方法,同时参考国内外相关文献,在当前项目理论和实际发展运用的基础上,将网络计划技术运用到非传统意义上的工程项目上来,对于如何普及、提高各行业的项目管理水平,具有普遍意义上的参考价值。
Progress Management, an important branch of Project Management, is the key management tache ensures the project completed on time. This essay is written based on project management and progress management basic thinking, the focus is to analyse the internet plan technology. From the project plan design, improvement during project implementation and project progress control, consolidate a real case in order to have a detailed discussion of the progress management method of the project.
    The first section of this essay is the theory which lead to question on objective and meaning of it. The second talks about basic concepts and internet plan technology of project management. The third chapter talks about the difference and possible advantage and disadvantages between internet plan technology analysis and traditional meaning on Gantt Chart. It then introduce the development of project management software. The forth till sixth sections are talking about how internet plan technology is implemented in Process Management of this project. In fact, it could be elaborated from three aspects(l)Design of Progress Plan: Via analyzing the first hand data for marketing survey project. In order to ensure solid foundation, the aspect of duration, resources, project requirements is important as the critical success factor. Using internet plan technology to design the initial marketing survey will be one of the aspect to consider. (2)Improvement of project implementation: based on internet plan technology th
    eory for the purpose of improvised the initial project implementation progress. With proper adjustment, making it to satisfy the initial project requirements.(3)Control of Project Implementation: based on the progress situation to monitor and follow up, control the project implementation. Making proper alignment and renewal within the plan scope and the actual happenings. The purpose is to ensure completion of the project based on the planned requirements.
    This essay adopts methodologies both from research on theories and practical implementation. At the same time, it refers to extracts both from domestic and overseas. Based on the present project theories and actual application development, making the internet plan technology to be applied to non-traditional engineering project. It has good reference values in general to normalize and improve the
