平果铝土矿配矿模型的建立及优化研究

摘要
任何一个矿山在全矿床范围内矿石的质量分布总是不均匀的,但为了保证矿山的正常生产,以获得良好的技术经济指标,就必须对矿石进行质量指标均衡调配,这就是配矿。配矿是规划与管理矿石质量,旨在提高被开采有用矿物及其加工产品质量的均匀性和稳定性,充分挖掘企业潜力,合理利用矿物资源,提高矿山经济效益。因平果铝土矿矿床规模大,矿体多而分散,矿石品位变化大,铝硅比从3.92到33.93,AL_2O_3含量从51%到69%,品位相差很大,而平果铝土矿的氧化铝生产工艺是拜尔法,要求提供铝硅比稳定的矿石,采出矿石很难满足生产要求。因此矿山必须进行配矿及优化研究,文章对高、低品位矿体进行合理配采等方面展开了研究,其主要内容有:
     (1)对低品位堆积型铝土矿进行了开采经济评价,从技术上和经济上论证开采低品位矿石的可行性,说明了对高、低品位矿石进行配矿可以满足氧化铝生产工艺所要求的合格矿石。
     (2)总结了配矿系统优化的数学模型及当前主要的配矿方法,并对这些数学模型进行了分析和比较,为平果铝土矿的配矿系统优化研究奠定了理论基础。
     (3)那豆矿区工业厂址优化研究。通过对那豆矿区七个备选厂址方案进行比较和分析,对那豆矿区工业厂址进行优化研究,同时也对那豆矿区二期资源接替问题进行了研究。
     (4)矿山配矿生产方案规划研究。从宏观配矿角度出发,进行了生产方案规划研究,根据矿山资源产出的空间状况、资源特点等建立了配矿数学模型,通过dash计算得出矿山的年生产规划方案,这对矿山有一定的指导作用。
     (5)矿石质量控制研究。矿石质量控制包括两个方面内容:一是矿山生产短期作业质量计划编制,二是矿山生产过程工序环节作业控制,结合上面两个方面的内容,从微观的角度对平果铝土矿进行了矿石质量的控制。
Every mine ore quality of distributing in whole deposit area is uneven, but in order to ensure the mine's production and obtain good technical and economical index, we should match ore quality. Ore matching is programming and managing the quality of the ore, in order to improve the uniformity and the stability of the quality of the ore, full digging the enterprise's potential ,making use of mineral resource with reason.and enhance mine economy benefit. Because deposit scale of bauxite ore in pingguo mine is big, there are many ore body and decentralization, ore grade change greatly, A/S is from 3.92 to 33.93,the percent of AL_2O_3 is from 51 to 69, the discrepancy of ore grade is big, however Alumina Production Process of bauxite ore in pingguo mine is Bayer method, the method require providing steady ore, usually mined ore helluva satisfy production need. So we should match ore and optimizing study aim to mine. The paper mainly matched ore with reason by high grade body and low grade body, in order to meet production and make use of resource with reason. The main content had following several aspects:
     (1)We make exploitation economy appraisement aim to low grade the accumulative bauxite, and demonstrate the feasibility of mining low grade ore from technique side and economy side, and show that we match ore by high grade ore and low grade ore, the ore matching can meet alumina production Process of bauxite ore.
     (2)The chapter summarized the mathematical model of the ore matching optimization system and the present main method of ore matching, and analysed and compared these mathematical model, and it laid the foundation of the study on the Ping Guo bauxite ore matching system.
     (3)The research on the Concentrator in nadou mine, and analysed and compared these seven location selection of Concentrator ,and had research on optimization of the Concentrator in nadou mine. The chapter also had research on the problem of replaceable resources of nadou mine.
     (4)Studying on the producing scheme and layout of the ore matching. We studying on the producing scheme and layout of the ore matching from the macroscopical perspective. We established mathematical model of the ore matching according to the space status of the mine resource and the resource's characteristic. we computed though dash Operations Research software, and obtain mine production programming scheme, and It has certain guidance function to the mine.
     (5)The research on the quality control of the matching. It concludes two meanings: short-term plan organizing and controlling of process. According to two aspects as aboving, we study on the quality control of ore from microscopical perspective in pingguo.
