钝感型瞬时延期两用电点火具设计

摘要
本文基于电热起爆机理、延期药和点火药反应机理和能量传播机理,对瞬时延期双通道两用电点火具的安全与发火、抗静电、延期时间及其精度和输出点火等方面进行了设计和计算,运用异形钝感桥片集-散热技术、三芯铅延期索技术、精密型静电泄放技术和可控型硼/硝酸钾点火型药技术,并通过大量的验证试验,解决了研制过程中所面临的安全钝感、延期精度和输出能量等方面的难题,使产品成为具有抗静电、抗杂散电流、抗射频、1A1W5min不发火能力、在大跨度温度范围(-45℃~60℃)的高延期精度以及输出性能一致性高的电点火具。大量试验结果表明电点火具设计合理、性能稳定,满足战技指标要求。
Design of Instantaneous and Delay Dual-purpose Insensive Electric Igniter in this paper,based on electrothermal initiating mechanism,delay composition and ignition composition reaction mechanism,and energy transfer mechanism,the designs and calcutions on safety and firing, static-electricity resistance,delay time and its accuracy,output energy and so on were carried out.By adopting the heat collecting and dispersing technology of special-shape bridge chip,three-core lead-case delay cord technology,precision static electricity deischarging technology and controllable B/KNO_3 shaped charge technology,through a lot of proof tests, the difficulties in safe inseusitivity,delay accuracy,output energy and so on encounterec during the development were solved,so made the igniters with the performances of resistance to static electricity,stray current and radio frequency,no firing under IA1W5min,highdegreeof accuracy in delay time through extensive temperature range(from -45℃to 60℃)and high consistence in output performance.A lots of test results show that the igniter is reaxonable in stracture and stable in performance,which meets the requirements of tactically technical index.
