面向ERP的工业企业集成化资金流管理的研究

摘要
企业资源计划(ERP)系统是当今国际上先进的企业管理思想和先进的信息技术相结合的产物，是企业信息系统发展的最新成就。资金流管理是企业信息化管理的重要一环，也是ERP系统的核心职能。因而实现集成，实时、准确，闭环控制的资金流管理一直是各种行业的企业实施信息化时关注的重点。
企业资源计划(ERP)管理模式下的资金流管理继承并超越了制造资源计划(MRPⅡ)管理模式下的资金流管理，实现了从MRPⅡ管理模式下注重财会电算化，对资本的事后控制到ERP管理模式下涵盖企业所有经济业务，事中事前全过程动态控制的转变。实现了集成，实时、准确，闭环控制的资金流管理，而准确、实时，闭环控制的特点均归功于资金流管理的集成化。
本文以面向ERP的集成化资金流管理为研究课题，重点论述了面向ERP的资金流管理的集成策略，主要研究内容有：
1．通过分析财务管理信息系统从MRP到ERP的演进过程分析了ERP发展过程中的资金流管理的发展，总结了面向ERP的资金流管理集成，实时、准确，闭环控制的特点，而上述特点均以集成的实现为基础。
2．从过程集成、信息集成、物理集成的角度分析了面向ERP的工业企业资金流管理的集成策略。
3．本着集成化、结构化、闭环资金流控制的设计思想提出了的面向集成化资金流管理的财务管理信息系统的结构设计、集成设计的软件设计方案。
4．依据集成化资金流管理的软件设计原型，针对大连钢铁集团的财务管理现状，设计、开发了面向集成化资金流管理的财务管理信息系统。
资金流是财务管理的对象，财务管理是资金流管理的方法，因此，面向ERP的集成化财务管理信息系统是实现面向ERP集成化资金流管理的有效手段。由此开发的大连钢铁财务管理信息系统有效的实现了企业资金流管理的高度集成，提高了数据和业务的处理能力，帮助经营决策者随时调整决策方案，以适应产品市场的需求，取得了良好的实施效果。
Through the architecture of information and IT, Enterprise Resource Planning system integrates of business's processes and functions in order to present a holistic view of the business. The capital flow is the key of enterprise informationlization management and Enterprise Resource Planning system. So all kinds of enterprises focus on the integrative, accurate, real-time and closed loop capital flow management.
The paper studies the evolution of capital flow management from MRP to ERP, the development from computerized accounting, ex-post control of the capital to the integration of all finance operations in enterprises, and beforehand control. It realizes the integration strategy for capital flow management facing to ERP.
The paper discusses the patterns and techniques of integration for capital flow management as follows:
1. The paper surveys the evolution of capital flow management from MRP to ERP, and summarizes the integration, veracity, and closed loop of capital flow characteristics. Also the described characteristics owe to the integration.
2. The paper analyzes the patterns and techniques of integration as viewed from process, information and physics of integration.
3. The paper presents the framework design and integration design of software projects for finance management information systems facing to the integration of capital flow management.
4. With the described software prototype, the paper designs and programs finance management information systems facing to the integration of capital flow management for Dalian Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd.
The capital flow is the object of finance management and the latter is the means of the former vice versa. So finance management information systems facing to the integration of capital flow management is the means of the integration of capital flow management facing to ERP. The finance management information system based on the theory for Dalian Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. accomplishes the integration of capital flow management, and obtains the benefits of economy.
