小户型住宅空间的拓展性设计研究

摘要
随着现代生活水平的不断提高,日常生活用品逐渐增多,收纳空间的缺失会导致各类家居物品无处可放,使生活空间变得杂乱无序,使原本有限的小户型住宅室内空间变得拥挤不堪,导致居者生活质量的下降,目前小户型住宅室内空间的拓展性设计已经成为社会各个层面所普遍关注的热点问题。
本文在广泛收集国内外有关小户型住宅空间、室内空间规划、收纳空间设计和空间拓展性研究等方面文献资料的基础上,从家居物品分类整理的角度出发,针对小户型住宅中存在的空间相对紧凑、功能空间缺失、空间利用率低、物品摆放凌乱等现实问题,阐述了小户型住宅的概念、特征及空间构成,分析了小户型住宅空间拓展的影响因素,归纳了小户型住宅空间拓展的主要方式,指出了小户型住宅收纳空间的设计原则,总结了小户型住宅收纳空间的设计方式,构建了小户型住宅收纳空间的构成体系,描述了小户型住宅收纳空间的拓展效果,通过一居室住宅的空间拓展性设计案例诠释了小户型住宅空间拓展性设计研究的理念。
本文从分类整理家居物品的角度出发,提出将收纳设计作为一种全新的拓展方式,通过有效收纳各类家居物品,使小户型住宅有限的室内空间得以充分利用；着眼于小户型住宅空间的整体利用效率,通过构建由储藏式、展示式和综合式三类收纳空间所组成的小户型住宅收纳体系,使小户型住宅的室内空间变得整洁开阔,实现了使其有限室内空间得以拓展的目的,提高了小户型住宅居者的生活质量；结合小户型住宅的需求人群及其家居物品的具体特点,通过合理的收纳设计,营造了舒适、高效、便利的生活环境,实现了重塑功能空间、完善空间利用、丰富视觉效果、实现井然有序、展示陈列艺术等空间拓展效果,提升了小户型住宅的实用性和经济性。
With the improvement of the standards of modern lives, daily necessities increase gradually.Lacking storage space will lead to nowhere to place household goods.In addition, this will cause the limited living space cluttered and decline the quality of life. At present, the extensive design research on residential space of small apartments becomes the hot issue of common concern to all levels of society.
Based on the wide collection of materials at home and abroad about residential space of small apartment, indoor space planning, storage space design and extensive research on space, the concept, characteristic and space composition of small apartments are illustrated separately in this paper in the light of some practical issues, such as residential space of small apartments being relatively compacted, feature space missing, space utilization ratio being low and placement being in disorder. From the perspective of household items to sort, influencing factors of residential space extension in small apartments are analyzed, the main methods of residential space extension in small apartments are summarized up, the designing principles of storage space in small apartments are pointed out, the designing mode of storage space in small apartments is summarized, the component system of storage space in small apartment is built and the extensive effect of storage space in small apartments is described. The designed case about the extension of one-room residential space interprets the concept of the extensive design research on residential space of small apartments.
From the angle of classification of household goods, the paper proposes storage design as a new way of development. Through the effective storage of household goods, the limited indoor space in small apartment house is taken full advantage of.It focuses on the overall utilization of residential space efficiency in small apartments. By building the storage system of small apartments which is consisted from storage, display and integrated storage space, interior space of small apartments becomes clean and open that achieves its purpose of limited interior space's development and increases the living quality of the residents in small apartments. Combining the specific characteristics of the demanding crowd with the household goods in small apartments, through reasonable storage designing, a comfortable, efficient and convenient living environment is created. At the mean time, it enables reshaping space, improves space utilization, enriches visual effects and realizes effect of spatial expansion in an orderly showing of arts in display that enhance practicality and affordability in general.
本文在广泛收集国内外有关小户型住宅空间、室内空间规划、收纳空间设计和空间拓展性研究等方面文献资料的基础上,从家居物品分类整理的角度出发,针对小户型住宅中存在的空间相对紧凑、功能空间缺失、空间利用率低、物品摆放凌乱等现实问题,阐述了小户型住宅的概念、特征及空间构成,分析了小户型住宅空间拓展的影响因素,归纳了小户型住宅空间拓展的主要方式,指出了小户型住宅收纳空间的设计原则,总结了小户型住宅收纳空间的设计方式,构建了小户型住宅收纳空间的构成体系,描述了小户型住宅收纳空间的拓展效果,通过一居室住宅的空间拓展性设计案例诠释了小户型住宅空间拓展性设计研究的理念。
