市政道路改造工程中的理论分析与试验研究

摘要
随着国民经济的快速发展,道路交通运量迅猛增长,既有公路、城市道路等旧路加宽加铺改造工程也大量付诸实施,特别是近几年来交通量持续增长,将原有道路拓宽的任务已经迫在眉睫。对旧路进行加宽改造是提高既有道路等级和改善路网结构的有效措施,不仅能够解决当前投入的困难,又能快速满足日益增长的交通需求。而对旧路进行加宽改造,方案设计是决定成败的关键因素。在铺筑试验路并进行现场观测的同时,探索旧路加宽的理论分析方法,可为今后的旧路加宽改造工程提供十分有益的借鉴。
     由于旧路基已基本沉降趋于稳定,而新加宽的路基会产生较大的沉降和塑性累计变形。新旧路基间的差异沉降与塑性累积变形造成了路基表面的不平整,因而产生路面结构的脱空,从而导致路面的坑洼和开裂破坏等,严重影响道路的行驶质量及使用寿命。在旧路加宽加铺改造工程中要特别注意。
     本文通过分析道路拓宽后差异沉降的研究现状,指出了目前计算方法的不足。对需改扩建道路进行了工程勘查,现场检测,采集路基土样,对土样进行了室内试验,取得土力学指标,以此为基础,结合通用有限元程序ADINA和ANSYS,建立路基固结沉降有限元分析模型,模拟新老道路路基的差异沉降和稳定问题,研究其沉降变形及其应力分布规律,并与实测结果作了对比,依据计算结果对旧路拓宽的设计和施工提出一点建议。
Along with the fast increase of the national economy, the traffic of the roads is increasing rapidly as well. The upgrading projects to the old roads are doing more and more. Especially the traffic is increasing persistently in recent years, this task becomes more and more emergent. The rebuilding to the roads is not only usful measure to upgrade the road grad and ameliorate the road framework, can solve the financial problem, but also satisfy the demand of the increasing traffic. Project of the rebuilding work is the most important factor. Seeking after the theoretics of the rebuilding project along with the paving tests and observation in locale can be used for reference in the works henceforth.
     Because the sedimentation of the former roadbed are going to stabilization, while the roadbed newly will producing large sedimentation and cumulating plastic distortion. The sedimental discrepancy and cumulating plastic distortion will make the road accidented and peel off, resulting in the potholes and craze accordingly, impacting the running quality and using life seriously. We should pay much attention to these problems especially.
     Based on the analysi of actual study on the differential settlement of widened road, the shortage of these methods is brought forward. Do engineering reconnaissances to the former road, as wellas the local detections, gather the soil stylebooks, do the indoor tests to the soil stylebooks, get the soil parameters. Based on the anterior works, combine with the finite progrom ADINA and ANSYS, establish the sedimentation model of the roadbed, simulate the diferential settlement and stabilization problems, study the distortion and stress, do contrast with the actual value. Based on the analysis result, make suggestions to the design and construction of the upgrading and revising projects.
