辽宁省港口城市空间格局及整合发展研究

摘要
区域城市空间组织是城市地理学研究的主要内容之一,作为区域经济发展的骨架,是带动区域经济增长的动力与核心。在海洋时代经济全球化与世界经济一体化的发展趋势之下,位于海陆交界之处的港口城市凭借其独特的发展优势,日益受到广泛的关注。随着城市发展的区域化和区域发展的一体化趋势,港口城市逐渐走向联合与协作,整合与一体化发展成为“港口城市——区域”发展的时代趋势。
     论文以辽宁省港口城市为对象,综合运用城市地理学、经济地理学、区域经济学、空间经济学、规划学等学科与方向的基本理论和研究方法,遵循“格局→过程→调控”的逻辑,在一般城市与区域关系、港口城市与腹地关系的研究基础之上,分析辽宁省港口城市的空间格局及运行状态,从港口及城市演进视角研究辽宁省港口城市空间格局的形成,并针对发展中表现出的不整合态,提出整合发展的对策。论文共分为五个主体部分:
     第一章绪论部分。在系统分析与总结国内外港口城市相关研究的基础之上,理论上针对城市地理学理论体系完善需求,实践上针对港口城市的发展特点与时代趋势,提出论文的研究方案。
     第二章是论文的理论基础准备部分。对港口城市研究的核心概念进行辨析和界定,对核心基础理论作以梳理与总结,作为研究的基本理论支撑。在此基础之上,从港口与城市关系、一般意义上的城市与区域关系、港口城市与腹地关系三方面构建对辽宁省港口城市实证研究理论指导框架。
     第三章是辽宁省港口城市空间格局现状分析部分。研究从两方面展开,一是港口城市地带内部空间格局方面,从城镇体系视角评价分析辽宁省港口城市的空间结构、规模分布、职能结构、城市化水平、区域中心性构成等;二是港口城市区域功能空间格局方面,将港口城市置于区域背景之中,考察对腹地的区域作用层次结构、区域作用强度、区域作用方向等方面。
     第四章是辽宁省港口城市空间格局过程分析部分。在对关键要素——“港口”和核心主体——“港口城市”的形成与发展的研究基础之上,分析港口城市之间竞合的动因、机理、模式及条件,从城市竞合角度探讨辽宁省港口城市空间格局的形成,判断其发展的过程、结果、发育特征及发展趋势。
     第五章是辽宁省港口城市整合发展的调控部分。针对辽宁省港口城市现状空间格局与形成过程特征,剖析其发展中所存在的问题,结合对国内外港口城市及城市群体地域发展经验的借鉴与发展趋势的把控,指出辽宁省港口城市未来整合并实现一体化发展的空间调控对策。
The spacial organization of cities in a region is one of the primary research contents of urban geography. As the framework of regional economic development, it is the momentum and the core for the growth of regional economy. Located at the border of oceans and continents, port cities have been universally paid much attention to, which are benefited from the trend of the integration of oceanic and global economic developments. In addition, as the tendency of the integration of urban regionalization and regional development is becoming promising, the development of port cities is presenting the tendency of coalition and cooperation. Therefore, the integration and globalization developments have been developed into the trend of“port cities- regions”.
     The dissertation takes port cities in Liaoning Province as the research objects. By using synthetically the fundamental theories and research techniques of urban geography, economic geography, regional economy, spatial economy, urban and regional planning and following the logic of“pattern→process→regulation”as well as basing on researches concerning the relations between average cities and regions and the relations between port cities and hinterlands, the dissertation analyzes the spacial pattern and the operating condition of port cities in Liaoning Province. In the meantime, this dissertation puts forward strategies that can enhance the integration development by focusing on the evolutions of ports and cities as well as the uncomformity revealed in the evolution processes. There are mainly five chapters in this paper:
     The first chapter is the introduction. By analyzing systematically the relative studies on port cities domestically and abroad, the demand for the perfection of theories of geography and the practical features and trends of the development of port cities, the introduction part proposes the research plan for the whole dissertation.
     The second chapter is the theoretical foundation of the dissertation. Respectively, this part defines the core meaning of researches of port cities and concludes the primary theories that will be served as the theoretical supports of this dissertation. In addition, this part constructs the theoretical framework for the empirical research of port cities in Liaoning Province based on the analysis of the relations between ports and cities, average cities and regions as well as port cities and hinderlands.
     The third chapter is analysis of the spatial pattern for port cities in Liaoning Province. The analysis composes of two aspects. On the one hand, the inner spacial pattern of port cities regions, which is elaborated through the analysis of the urban system of the spatial pattern, size distribution, function structure, urbanization level, and centricity constitution; on the other hand, the functional spacial pattern of urban regions, which is embodied by placing port cities in the regional background, investigating the hierarchical structure of hinderland regions, the regional functional intensity as well as the regional functional direction, etc.
     The fourth chapter is the analysis of the process of the spatial pattern for port cities in Liaoning Province. Based on the studies on the formation and development of the two crucial elements“ports”and“port cities”and the analysis of the motives, the mechanisms, the patterns, the conditions for the competition and cooperation among port cities as well as the spacial patterns for the competition and cooperation among port cities, this part proposes the process, the result, the features as well as the trend for the development of port cities.
     The fifth chapter is regulation of the integration development for the port cities in Liaoning Province. Based on the analysis of the features of the spatial pattern and the formation process of port cities in Liaoning Province and the problems existing in their development as well as adopting the experience in collective urban development domestically and abroad, this part proposes the spacial regulation strategies for the future integration and globalization of port cities in Liaoning Province.
