我国银行业跨国经营网络系统共性技术研究

摘要
在经济一体化的大背景下,银行企业的跨国经营成为必然,而银行业跨国经营网络系统的构建则成为跨国银行企业全球竞争战略的重要组成部分。与此同时,共性技术的应用对于银行业跨国经营网络系统构建的重要作用也日益突出。如何有效利用共性技术推动我国银行业跨国经营网络系统的构建与发展,提升我国银行业的国际竞争力,在我国理论界尚缺乏系统研究,成功的实践更是空白。本论文所研究的课题正是在这一背景下展开的。
     论文较全面地综述了国内外已有的关于跨国经营网络系统和共性技术的有关研究,以及跨国经营网络系统和共性技术的理论基础;
     简要总结了我国有关部门对产业共性技术和银行业共性技术研究开发的历程,并通过比较分析提出了我国在银行业共性技术供给方面的建议;
     结合银行业的特点,论文将银行业共性技术分为以信息技术为代表的基础共性技术,和包含组织管理、风险管理、流程控制等内容的管理共性技术。从这两个方面,对国外先进的大型跨国银行共性技术的构建与发展进行了分析与总结,并与我国银行业共性技术的发展现状进行对比分析,在此基础上,提出了我国银行业共性技术构建与完善的方向与关键措施;
     论文在理论与实例分析的基础上,辨析了银行业共性技术的概念、分类及构建要素,阐述了共性技术是驱动银行业跨国经营网络系统变革的必备要素;最后,对银行企业跨国经营网络系统配置的八项能力要素进行了详细分解和论述;并开发出一种雷达图,利用它来描述出系统配置的能力组合;通过实例,分析了如何应用雷达图对银行企业跨国经营网络系统配置进行评价和构建,为我国银行业有针对性地构建和完善跨国经营网络系统共性技术指明了方向。
     论文创造性地提出了银行业跨国经营网络系统和银行业共性技术的概念与分类,对共性技术对于银行业跨国经营网络系统的驱动作用,以及银行企业跨国经营网络系统配置的能力,进行了深入地实践与理论剖析。本文丰富了现有共性技术和跨国经营理论的有关内容,开拓了我国银行业跨国经营的新思路。
Under the situation of economic integration, globalization of banking business becomes inevitable. Subsequently, the structure of global business network system comprises a significant part for global competition strategy of multinational banking enterprise. Simultaneously, the application of generic technology plays an increasingly crucial role in the structure of multinational business network system. As to how to deploy generic technology to advance the structure and development of the multinational business network system in our country so as to exalt our competition capability internationally, we lack systematic exploration theoretically as well as practical achievement. And it is under this circumstances that the dissertation explores into this research topic.
     The dissertation summarizes comprehensively the established research achievements with relation to multinational business network system and generic technology from both home and abroad, together with its theoretical foundation. Then it continues to generalize briefly the research and development of industrial and banking generic technology by departments of related responsibility in our country, and finally through comparisons and analyses puts forward suggestions on the supply of generic technology for banking enterprise in our country.
     According to the characteristic of banking enterprise, the dissertation divides generic technology in banking into two parts: basic generic technology represented by information technology and management generic technology consisting of organization administration, risk management, procedure control and so on. Starting from the two perspectives and taking large-scale advanced multinational banking corporations abroad for instances, the dissertation analyzes and generalizes the structure and development of generic technology in banking enterprise and compares it with the generic technology developing situation in our country, and successively, suggests direction and key measures in structuring and improving the generic technology for our country’s banking enterprise.
     Based on theory and case analysis, the dissertation not only distinguishes the concepts, classification and major factors in generic technology for banking enterprise, but also illustrates clearly that generic technology is an necessary part in driving multinational business network system reform.
     The configuration of multinational business network system includes eight capability factors, which are analyzed and stated in details in this dissertation. In order to describe the system configuration’s capability make-up, the dissertation developed Radar-graph, and demonstrated how to use it to appraise and constitute the configuration of multinational business network system with practical example, thus guides the structure and improvement of generic technology for multinational business network system aiming at banking enterprise in our country.
     The dissertation delimits the concepts and classification for multinational business network system and generic technology in banking enterprise with much originality. It also explores into the driving function of generic technology and configuration capability to multinational business network system in banking sector. To generalize, the dissertation enriches the existing generic technology and multinational business theory and accordingly breaks a new channel for our country’s multination business in banking enterprise.
