突发事件跨媒体信息检索系统的研究与实现

摘要
近年来突发事件频繁发生,严重威胁着人们的安全和健康,对突发事件信息获取和监控的需求迫切;同时图像、视频等已经逐渐成为信息的主要载体,多媒体信息的分析越来越重要。本论文对突发事件跨媒体信息检索系统进行了研究和实现,论文完成的主要工作如下:
     (1)设计了一种模拟用户登录的方法进行突发事件相关图片的采集,在Heritrix中结合了基于内容相关度评价的URL过滤算法,实现了系统的多媒体信息的采集功能。
     (2)提出了基于特征映射的图像语义分析算法,通过提取图像的视觉特征进行语义分析;采用了基于本体的查询扩展技术进行查询输入的语义扩展;同时结合Lucene的文本检索,实现了多媒体信息的检索功能。
     (3)设计并实现了系统的智能移动终端模块,采用业务逻辑和显示分层的架构,提出了一种状态监测的方法来提高智能移动终端的服务效率和稳定性。
     (4)采用基于KQML的Agent通信机制和以管理Agent为核心的Agent协作机制,实现了多Agent系统管理器,优化了资源配置,提高了系统的工作效率。
     本文建立的突发事件跨媒体信息检索系统,通过在PC机及智能移动终端上提供对突发事件领域的相关文本和多媒体信息的采集和检索服务,有效地实现了对突发事件信息的获取和监控,维护了人们的健康和安全,具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
In recent years, more and more emergencies like natural disasters and public health events happens, and they threaten the health and security of the people seriously. So the acquisition and monitor of emergencies information is needed. At the same time, image is becoming an important information carrier, the identification of image is becoming more important. So this thesis researched and implemented the emergency cross-media information retrieval system. The thesis had completed the following tasks:
     (1)Designed a method of simulating user login to collect the image information of emergency. Added an algorithm of URL filtering based on contents correlation evaluation into the Heritrix framework to implement the collection of multimedia information.
     (2)Created an algorithm of image semantic analysis based on feature map and done the semantic analysis by getting the visual features of image. Used the query expansion technology based on ontology to realize the query expansion, and added the text retrieval of Lucene to realize the retrieval of multimedia information.
     (3)Designed and implement the intelligent mobile terminal of the system. In the design, the system used the stratified architecture and created a method of condition monitoring to develop the intelligent mobile terminal.
     (4)Used the agent communication mechanism based on KQML and the agent coordination mechanism based on management agent to implement the agent manager of the system, optimize the allocation of resources and develop the efficiency of the system.
     In this thesis, the emergency cross-media information retrieval system provided the retrieval service of emergency multimedia information on the PC machine and the intelligent mobile terminal, realized the acquisition and monitor of emergencies information and protected the people's health and security. Besides, system had a certain theoretical significance and application value.
