基于跨媒体检索的网络报警的研究与实现

摘要
如今随着中国的房地产事业的蓬勃发展,现代化的住宅小区大量出现,随之而来的一个必须要面对的问题是小区的安全问题。目前小区安全管理基本停留在视频监控阶段,基本上没有合理完善的小区安全管理系统对小区进行数字化管理,其中包括对业主信息的采集、外来人员进出小区记录登记。
     此项目的提出就是为了解决上述问题,给小区物业管理提供平台,同时对外来人员的登记记录加强了小区的安保力度。在小区使用此系统时,所有的操作记录能够与警方的数据实现实时同步,警方能够在小区出现问题时,根据警方数据有效处理相关案件,时间就是生命,为解决安全问题提供时间及数据保障。
     在报警相关内容中涉及到罪犯信息检索比对的操作,目前警方关于罪犯的记录信息相对精简,随着互联网的信息高速发展,其在网络中残留的个人相关信息会越来越多。跨媒体技术能够在警方需要更多相关罪犯信息是提供更大范围的线索提示,为警方侦破案件提供更多帮助。
     本文根据项目的实际需求,对其进行详细的需求分析,并在此基础之上,设计并开发了小区安全登记及报警系统。本文主要从系统的整体设计、通信模块的详细设计、系统的安全性和性能优化、基于语义的跨媒体检索的设计等四个方面来介绍系统。
     通过对项目实际需求分析,将系统的总体结构分为三个平台,即物业管理平台、外来人员登记平台、安全警报平台。根据整个系统安全性、稳定性、高效性的要求提出星型网络拓扑结构的设计。
     系统采用星型网络拓扑结构,因此对通信模块的设计成为系统的关键部分,在接下来的章节中基于外来人员登记平台对通信模块的设计进行了详细的讲解,其中包括网络通信的流程,网络通信协议的设计等等方面内容。
     最后,在安全警报平台中,根据基于语义的跨媒体检索技术完成其平台的整体设计。
     本系统在设计时考虑到无线网络传输环境及应用安全性,在实现时采用BMP图像压缩技术和LZW数据压缩技术来保证无线网络传输的高效性,同时通过基于CA认证的VPN技术、防火墙硬件等措施保证链路接入安全,同时使用动态加密方案对应用数据进行加密,严格保证系统的安全性。综合各种因素考虑对系统进行整体的优化,来保证个系统的稳定性、安全性及高效性。
With the vigorous development of China's real estate career, a large number ofmodern residential areas appear, and the district security issues are coming. Thedistrict security management is still depending on the video surveillance stage,basically there is no reasonable and perfect district safety management system todigitally manage the district, including the owners of the information collected, recordregistration of foreign staff out of the district.
     This project is about to resolve these issues, to provide a platform for theresidential property management and foreign registration to strengthen the district'ssecurity. With this system, all operating records will achieve real-time synchronizationwith the data from police system, the police will deal effectively with related caseswhen something dangerous happened, time is life, this system will provide time toaddress security issues and data security.
     Involved in the alarm-related content to offender information retrieval on theoperation, record information on offenders are relative to simple, the rapiddevelopment of information as the Internet, the personal information of its residues inthe network will be more and more. Cross-media technology can help the police getmore offender information of the offender.
     Based on the actual needs of the project we make a detailed needs analysis, and onthis basis, we complete the design and the development of residential securityregistration and alarm system. In this paper, the system will be introduced from thefollowing four aspects, the overall design of the system, the detailed design of thecommunication module, system security and performance optimization, the designbased on the semantics of cross-media retrieval system.
     Through the analysis of the actual needs of the project, the overall structure of thesystem is divided into three platforms, the property management platform, the recordregistration of foreign staff platform, the security alert platform. Star networktopology is accepted, according to the security, stability and efficiency requirementsof the entire system design.
     The system uses a star network topology, and therefore the communicationmodule become a most important part in the system design, the design of thecommunication module will be talked about in the next chapter based on the recordregistration of foreign staff platform, including the process of network communication,the design of communication protocol.
     Finally, in the security alert platforms, we complete the overall design based onsemantic-based cross-media retrieval techniques.
     Taking into account the environment and security of wireless networks, the systemuses BMP image compression and LZW data compression technology to ensure theefficiency of wireless networks. VPN technology based on CA-certified and firewallhardware measures to ensure the link access security. Using dynamic encryptionscheme to encrypt the application data, strictly ensure the security of the system. Thecombination of all factors into consideration the overall optimization of the system toensure system stability, security and efficiency.
