陡坡沥青混凝土路面车辙成因及对策研究

摘要
山区高速公路由于山区地形、地貌多变,工程地质背景复杂,给山区高速公路的选线带来许多困难;山区气候条件复杂多变,给高速公路的使用、行车安全带来很大的影响。特别是山区高速公路由于受地形、地貌的影响,道路路线纵坡长且陡,这种长坡、陡坡路段多,使汽车行驶困难,速度下降,路面内部剪切应力加大,荷载作用时间延长;同时山区高速公路行驶的汽车也大多以超载车辆为主,这给山区高速公路沥青路面抗车辙能力提出了更高的要求。
     本课题在充分吸收国内外研究成果的基础上,结合国内实际情况,以广东某高速公路高陡坡沥青路面为基础,进一步分析沥青路面车辙病害产生的原因及对策研究,并且通过具体工程实例验证对策的可靠性,同时对我国现行车辙技术指标进行了试验分析,给出控制指标建议值,主要内容包括以下几点:
     1、通过对广东某高速公路沥青路面车辙病害产生原因的分析,研究广东地区车辙病害产生的主要原因。
     2、通过对不同沥青种类、不同石料、不同配合比的沥青混合料试验及结构分析,研究沥青路面车辙病害的控制对策。
     3、通过具体维修工程探讨了抗车辙病害的相关对策及施工过程中的注意事项,对比分析了维修前后沥青路面的运营质量,进一步证明了SMA沥青玛蹄脂抵抗车辙病害的优越性。
     4、通过分析大量车辙的试验结果并且结合广东地区具体工程特点,分析现行规范中规定的沥青混合料车辙技术指标的局限性和精确性,并且给出相关的修改建议。
Due to the complex landform, physiognomy and engineering geology, it makes much more difficult of route selection of the freeway in the mountain areas. Complex and variable climate conditions of the mountain areas affect the use of the freeway and the traffic safety a lot. And because of the landform and physiognomy, there are many long and steep longitudinal slope in the mountain freeway, and this causes driving difficulties, then the speed drop off, the sheer stress and load time on the road surface increases, and what's worse, most of the traveling vehicles in the mountain areas are overloaded. And all of these factors require higher anti-rut capability of the freeway asphalt pavement in these areas.
     The subject we studied is based on the research results from domestic and overseas. Combining with the domestic actual conditions, we choose the steep asphalt pavement of one of the freeway in Guangdong to further analyze the rut causes on the asphalt pavement and work out the countermeasures. We made guideposts after testing and verifying the countermeasures to the specific project case and the test of our country's current anti-rut technical index. The main contents include the following:
     1. Find out the main reasons that caused the rut on the asphalt pavement in Guangdong province by analyzing the rut causes on one of the freeway of Guangdong.
     2. Make the countermeasures of avoiding ruts on the asphalt pavement through the tests and structural analysis of the bituminous mixture with different mix proportion of kinds of asphalt and road stone.
     3. After making contrastive analysis of the operation quality of the asphalt pavement before and after the maintenance, we discussed the countermeasures and announcements in construction, and it further proved the superiority of the anti-rut capability of the mastic asphalt (SMA).
     4. We analyzed the roundedness and accuracy of the anti-rut technical index of the bituminous mixture in the current specifications and made some modification proposals after analyzing substantive findings of rut tests combined with the distinguishing feature of the specific project of Guangdong.
