基于CDMA1X出租车定位监控系统的设计

摘要
本文介绍的出租车监控系统融合了全球定位技术、数字移动通信技术、计算机网络技术、地理信息系统等知识,它实现了对出租车进行实时监控、跟踪、调度和管理的功能,在方便管理和监控的同时也确保了司机的生命和财产的安全,是实现高效的信息化管理不可缺少的技术保障。
     文章从出租车监控系统的实际需求出发,在分析和借鉴了当前主流的车辆监控系统后,采用了新颖独特的设计思路。在通讯方式上我们选用覆盖范围广、系统容量大、运行资费低的CDMA(1X)网络,通过接入因特网络,实现车载台和监控中心的通讯功能;定位信息则通过GPS接收机的数据采集,保证车辆位置信息的可靠有效;通过车载台软件扩展还能实现出租车的每一笔运营数据发往监控中心,数据可以作为地税部门收取司机营业税的依据,简洁并且精确地实现了税务管理。
     本文首先介绍了课题研究背景和意义,对系统的设计需求和功能实现进行了深入的研究和探讨,同时对GPS技术、CDMA网络和GPSOne技术的基础知识进行了介绍。通过本人在研究项目主要参与的工作,重点在车载台软件的设计做了详细说明,对各个相对独立的部分,诸如GPS接收机的控制、CDMA通讯模块和各串口等的控制做了具体说明,并对监控平台的系统功能和设计思路进行了阐述。
     本文最后对全文做了总结,对此次研究的基于CDMA1X的出租车定位系统的不足进行了总结并对扩展应用进行了展望。
This paper introduced a taxi location and surveillace system which combined with several technologies such as GPS, digital communications, computer network and geographical information system(GIS). This system is provided with many functions, it can monitor, attempt and manage the taxi. At the same time, this system insured the chauffeur and his property in safety. This taxi location system is the way to realize the effective information management.
     This study based on the requirement of taxi location system, adopted a novelty method in design after reference to the location system which popularity currently. We selected the CDMA(IX) network as the wireless communication in this project. The location information be adopted from the GPS receiver at currently, if the GPS signal is too faintness to be received by the GPS receiver, we can ask for the GPSOne as assistant of GPS receiver. This method insured the location information of the vehicle effective as long. The mobile station can send the taking note of driver to management center, these data provided the foundation of the customs bureau for the business tax, this technology induced the management of revenue in concision and precision.
     This paper investigated the ABC of GPS technology, the CDMA network and the GPSOne at first, Then, we introduced the method of hardware design and software design particularity, described the functions of several comparatively independence parts, such as the control of GPS receiver, the drive of CDMA communication module and functions and structions of serveillance system.
     Lastly, the thesis makes a summary, and describes the shortage and future work.
