车载GPS动态监控与智能交通平台研究

摘要
随着我国汽车市场快速增长,针对车辆的定位、跟踪、导航等位置业务的需求将越发旺盛,车辆监控系统也日益受到市场的关注。
     本文在总结前人的研究成果的基础上,对车辆监控系统及其相关技术进行了研究,提出了基于GIS/GPS/GPRS的车载GPS动态监控平台。本文主要内容归纳为以下几点:
     (1)论述了车辆监控系统目前的发展方向和关键技术,对比阐述了车载GPS动态监控平台集成原理;其是以GIS作为基础信息系统平台,以GPS作为车辆定位手段,以GPRS作为数据传输手段的集成信息系统;
     (2)在相关理论研究的基础上,对车载GPS动态监控平台的整体结构进行设计,并实现了监控中心软件的部分模块。系统强调对GIS空间分析能力的应用,大大加强了车载GPS动态监控平台的实用性。
     (3)利用Web Service技术改良传统车辆监控系统的架构模式。文中针对现有车辆监控系统的构建模式进行分析,指出了现有平台的局限性。在介绍WebService的基础上,阐述了Web Service应用于车载GPS动态监控平台的可行性。最后展望了Web技术与新型车载GPS动态监控与智能交通平台的发展趋势。
     在文章的结尾部分,对全文进行了总结,提出了不足之处与改进意见,指出了车载GPS监控平台的巨大市场前景。
With the rapid development of automobile in China, the services that automobile locating, monitoring and navigation will be a good prospect. Also the vehicle monitoring system will be attaching more and more importance.
     This paper has studied the vehicle monitoring system and its relevant technologies on the basis of previous research results, and puts forward the vehicle—loading GPS dynamic monitoring platform based on GIS/GPS/GPRS. Its main content is summed up as follows:
     (1) This thesis describes the development direction and pivotal techniques of vehicle monitoring system, contrasts and expounds the compositive principle of vehicle—loading GPS dynamic monitoring platform. It is the compositive information system that adopts GIS as the information system platform, GPS as vehicle positioning means and GPRS as wireless data transmission means.
     (2) On the basis of relevant theoretical research, the whole architecture of the vehicle—loading GPS dynamic monitoring platform is designed, and some software modules of the control center have been realized. The system has emphasized the application of spatial analytical capability in GIS, and strengthened the practicability of the vehicle—loading GPS dynamic monitoring platform greatly.
     (3) This thesis makes use of Web Service technique to improve the frame pattern of conventional vehicle monitoring system. It analyses the truss pattern aimed at existing vehicle monitoring system, and points out its localization. It, on the basis of introduction of Web Service, expatiates the feasibility of applying Web Service to vehicle—loading GPS dynamic monitoring platform. At last, this paper prospects the developmental trends of Web Service technique and new-style vehicle—loading GPS dynamic monitoring and intelligent transportation platform.
     In the terminal part of this article, it summarizes this paper, and brings forward the shortcomings and improved opinions, and indicates the tremendous market foreground of vehicle—loading GPS dynamic monitoring platform.
