基于Web的质量知识管理系统研究与开发

摘要
质量知识管理是知识管理和质量管理结合的产物,代表了质量管理在知识经济时代的发展方向。本文以“基于Web的质量知识管理系统”为题进行了研究:应用知识工程的理论与方法探讨了质量知识管理的理论基础,研究了基于Web的质量知识管理系统的体系结构及关键技术,开发了系统原型,并进行了实例应用。
     第一章,在评述了质量知识管理和知识管理技术的研究现状基础上,指出了质量知识管理计算机辅助开发系统中所面临的问题,提出了建立“基于Web的质量知识管理系统”,并对本论文的研究内容进行了阐述。
     第二章,研究了质量知识管理理论基础。从战略层面分析了质量知识管理的价值链模型,在此基础上,构建了质量知识转换与共享的二维的转换模式,探讨了质量知识资本的评价、质量知识管理辅助环境等问题,提出质量知识管理应以人为本的观点。
     第三章,提出了WQKMS的总体构架。借助Web技术、本体论技术、数据库技术等,从战术层面构建了极具人性化、国际化色彩的质量知识管理系统。阐述了质量知识管理系统的技术基础、总体结构、功能模块设计、数据库设计,从技术层面实现质量知识管理价值链模型。
     第四章,着重阐述了基于质量论坛子系统的挖掘企业员工头脑中质量知识的机制。分析了质量知识资本的特点,建立了面向质量社区内的评价指标体系和交流机制,开发了质量知识获取、整理、检索、评审和管理的Web平台。
     第五章,着重介绍了基于质量文档中心子系统的提取技术文档资料中的质量知识的机制。建立了文档资料的分类、整理、评审和管理机制,开发了基于Web的多数据源的全文搜索引擎。
     第六章,着重阐述了基于质量知识银行子系统的标准化质量知识的机制。建立了基于OWL的质量知识本体模型和质量本体知识库,开发了面向语义网络的概念搜索引擎。
     第七章,着重介绍了基于质量社区管理子系统的管理机制。建立了基于权限系统理论的质量专家网络,开发了用户管理、内容管理和常规管理三位一体的质量社区管理系统。
     第八章,以某公司磨削加工中的质量问题的解决过程为例,阐述了WQKMS的运行过程,并对系统进行了应用验证。
     最后,第九章总结了全文的主要研究内容及成果并展望了未来的研究工作。
Quality knowledge management (QKM) is the product of combine of knowledge management and quality management, represents the direction of quality management development in a great new era of knowledge. This dissertation named as "the Web-based Quality Knowledge Management System", researches the theory basis of quality knowledge management by dint of the theory and methodology of knowledge engineering, the architecture and key technology of the WQKMS and also studies the WQKMS prototype developing and its application.
    In the 1st chapter, the research situation on QKM and knowledge management technology is presented. It also presents the problems in the computer aid QKM System developing. Then the background and the content of this dissertation are described briefly.
    In the 2nd chapter, the theory basis of QKM is researched. Firstly, the value chain model of QKM is analyzed from the stratagem lay. Then, based on this model, two-dimensional model of conversion and sharing of knowledge is constructed. Finally, The dissertation discusses the problem of evaluation of quality knowledge capital and surroundings aid for QKM, and also brings forward the point of human-based QKM.
    In the 3rd chapter, the gross structure of the WQKMS is presented. By the technology of Web, Ontology and Database, the WQKMS with characteristic of humanistic and internationalization is constructed. The technology basis, gross structure, function pattern design, database design of the WQKMS is described, all of these implement the value chain model of WQKMS from technology lay.
    In the 4th chapter, the mechanism that the quality knowledge of staffer is excavated from quality forum subsystem is expounded. Firstly, the characteristic of quality knowledge capital is analyzed. Then the Evaluation index system and communication mechanic based on quality community is built. Lastly, the Web platform for quality knowledge acquired, organized, searched and managed.
    In the 5th chapter, the mechanic that quality knowledge of technology document data is mined from quality document center is introduced. The mechanic of document data classified, organized, evaluated and managed is constructed. Then Web-based full-text search engine for multi-data source is developed.
    In the 6* chapter, the mechanic of the standardization of quality knowledge in quality knowledge bank subsystem is described. Quality knowledge ontology model and database based on OWL language is built. Concept search engineer base on Semantic Web is developed.
    In the 7 chapter, the management mechanic of quality community subsystem is introduced. ?Quality expert net based on authority system theory is constructed. Quality community management system integrating user management, content management and other management is developed.
    In the 8th chapter, The example of solution procedure of quality problem during the abrasive machining in some company is introduced to describe the running procedure of the WQKMS and concrete check its application.
    Finally, chapter nine makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future research in this field.
