冷气动力喷涂Al-Pb合金涂层的研究

摘要
采用冷喷涂技术以铝铅混合粉末为喷涂粉在基体上制备了铝铅合金涂层。利用X射线衍射、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度仪对涂层的物相、微观结构和力学性能进行了分析测试,并对冷喷涂铝铅合金涂层的结合机理做了初步的探讨。显微观察结果表明,涂层微观结构细密,铝铅两相均匀分布,无明显聚集长大现象,与钢基体有着良好的结合。磨损试验结果显示,铝铅合金涂层具有良好的减摩效果,在摩擦过程中能够在摩擦表面生成一层完整的铅润滑膜,有效的降低了摩擦系数和磨损量。
The cold gas dynamic spray was used to prepare the Al-Pb alloys coating on 40Cr-steel substrates in this study with the mixture of pure Al powder and pure Pb powder. The coating’s phases, microstructure and mechanics performance were investigated by mean with X-ray diffraction, optics microscope, scan electron microscope, micro-hardness. Make preliminary discussion on the bonding mechanism in cold gas spraying Al-Pb alloy coating. The microstructure of a cold gas sprayed Al-Pb alloy coating was shown by optics and scan electron microscope that Pb has a uniformity distribution in Al base .The interface between the coating and the substrate is free of any defects, therefore, the adhesion of this coating should be excellent. Wear experiment shown Al-Pb alloy coating has good antifrictional properties. In the course of friction one intact lead film come into being and lubricate the wear substrates. The coefficient of friction and wear rate was effective reduced.
