无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的CAD系统开发

摘要
无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动,是一种新型滚子包络环面蜗杆传动,它由双滚子蜗轮及其包络的环面蜗杆组成,具有效率高、承载能力大、无侧隙的优点。开展这种蜗杆传动的研究对开发研制一种高效、重载的无侧隙蜗杆传动装置具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文从啮合理论、啮合性能分析、数字化设计等几个方面对无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动进行了研究。
     根据微分几何和齿轮啮合原理,建立了无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的啮合方程和蜗杆齿面方程,并推导了诱导法曲率、润滑角、自转角和相对卷吸速度等齿面接触参数的计算公式以及蜗杆齿面一界曲线方程。为蜗杆副的三维数字化造型打下基础。
     基于双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的啮合性能参数计算公式,应用MATLAB软件编制程序,对传动的啮合性能进行研究。在此基础上,基于MATLAB GUI工具开发了传动的啮合性能分析软件包,该软件包快速有效地生成蜗杆左齿面、右齿面、全齿面以及接触线、润滑角、诱导法曲率、自转角、相对卷吸速度等性能参数的分析。设计者借助于该分析软件,能够快速、有效地选择双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的啮合参数。
     研究了在Pro/E中,无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的三维建模方法和过程。以VC++6.0为开发平台,设计友好的用户界面,并结合Pro/E自带的二次开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT,在Visual C++6.0环境中编译Pro/Toolkit应用程序,成功驱动实体模型,实现了无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的参数化设计。满足了模型精度和建模速度两方面的要求,实现了对样板模型的参数交互、再生、显示和修改。
Non-Backlash Double-Roller Enveloping Hourgass Worm Gearing consists of two parts about Double-Roller Worm Gearing and Enveloping Hourglass Worm Gearing.A study on this drive is significant in theory and valuable in practice for developing a kind of non-backlash worm gear sets with high precision and heavy load capacity.Mainly from the theoretical perspective,this dissertation investigates the meshing theory,meshing performance and digital design.The content of this research is as follows:
     The structure and the work principle of this worm gearing have been introduced.According to the theories of gear meshing,a set of meshing system of the double-roller enveloping hourglass worm gearing in an ideal state is established.Using kinematics method. The meshing function of this drive and worm tooth surface equations have been deduced. And,the formulas of contacting parameters which include normal curvature,lubrication angle,rotation angle and relatively entrainment velocity are derived.
     Using the software MATLAB ,a computer program has been complied. Analysing the drive's engagement performance and generating the tooth surface by the program. In order to complete these operations more convenient,a meshing engagement performance software of double-roller wormgear has been developed, which base on MATLAB GUI.The function of the software includes tooth generation, contacting-line analysis,induced normal curvature analysis,lubrication angle analysis,autorotation angle analysis and relatively entrainment velocity analysis. The software bring convenient to designer about modification and debugging and is beneficial to reasonable selection of parameters of double-roller enveloping hourglass worm gearing.
     The 3D parameter model of non-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm is established in Pro/E. Based on VC++6.0 and Pro/TOOLKIT-the secondary development tool of Pro/ENGINEER,the visual system of the model is established.It realizes the fuction of model parameters interaction, regeneration, display and modification.The digital model is the foundation of the worm analysis,simulation and other research works.
