基于本体的制造企业业务过程知识集成研究

摘要
知识经济时代的到来,制造企业提高竞争力的关键是实现知识集成,高效的组织知识资源,共享与重用知识。本文结合国家863计划项目“基于本体的面向业务协作的异构系统集成技术研究及应用(2006AA04Z157)”、“面向中小型制造企业信息化的集成系统开发与应用(2003AA414045)”与浙江省科技厅重大科技攻关项目“基于知识的饰品设计集成管理管理平台研究及其应用(2005C11035)”,针对制造企业知识集成研究与应用中存在的问题,应用本体理论与方法,对制造企业业务过程知识集成的理论与关键技术进行了研究。
     第一章阐述了知识集成对现代制造企业提高创新能力与业务过程效率的作用。分析了现代制造企业知识集成的状况,指出了当前制造企业业务过程知识集成存在的问题。概述了知识集成研究现状,分析了本体对知识集成的作用,研究了现代制造企业业务过程对知识集成的需求,最后给出研究的目的、意义、内容及研究思路。
     第二章分析了制造企业业务过程协作的问题,研究了基于本体的制造企业业务过程知识集成的场景,提出了面向业务过程的多层次本体集成框架。在集成框架中,从业务过程层、软件组件层、知识层三个层次,分别研究了制造企业的业务过程本体模型、软件组件本体模型、知识本体模型。建立了基于本体的制造企业业务过程知识集成的体系结构。
     第三章分析了本体的层次,研究了本体表示的内在结构。在本体构造准则的基础上提出了面向知识全生命周期的本体模型模块化建立方法,并用饰品设计知识的案例说明面向知识全生命周期的本体模型模块化建立方法。
     第四章为了发现异构本体之间的映射关系,研究了本体映射发现过程,提出一种基于元素名称语义的相似度计算方法,在该相似度计算方法的基础上,采用sigmoid函数合并多种映射方法组合的相似值,提高映射决策的准确性。为了实现异构本体的映射转换,建立了基于通用本体的映射变换模型,提出了通用本体的启发式设计算法。在通用本体的共享模式下,提出了基于映射规则的本体映射变换方法,针对不同映射对象:映射标识、映射数据类型、映射约束、映射实例,研究了映射变换的机制。最后,通过一个实例说明本体映射发现过程与本体映射变换。
     第五章分析了制造企业知识资源的状况,提出采用知识地图组织多本体表示的知识资源的方法。给出了知识地图的概念,分析了知识地图对于组织多本体表示的知识的作用,对知识地图的结构特征进行了描述,研究了知识地图的构建,分析了显性知识与隐性知识转换的四种关系.提出了基于知识地图的多本体表示的知识匹配检索方法,并将该方法应用于饰品设计过程的知识匹配检索。
     第六章应用文中提出的理论方法与技术,开发了基于本体的制造企业业务过程知识集成平台,研究了集成平台的运作原理和控制方法,介绍了集成平台的功能结构。
     第七章总结了全文的主要研究成果及创新点,并对未来的研究工作进行了展望。
With the arrival of knowledge economy ages, the key to improve the competence for the manufacturing enterprises is to realize knowledge integration so as to organize knowledge resource and share and reuse knowledge efficiently. With the support from the item of State 863 High-Tech R&D Program of China(No.2006AA04Z157 and No.2003AA414045) and the major research project of Zhejiang manufacturing enterprise informationization engineering (No.2005C11035), based on the theories and methods of ontology, the theory and technology of knowledge integration for the business process of the manufacturing enterprises was researched.
     In Chapter 1, the effect of knowledge integration for improving creativity of manufacturing enterprises and the efficiency of the business process was set forth. The status of knowledge integration of current manufacturing enterprises was analyzed and the problems were pointed out. The studies on knowledge integration were summarized, the effect of ontology to knowledge integration was analyzed, the demand for knowledge integration of the business process of manufacturing enterprises was researched. Finally the purpose, content and framework of this dissertation were proposed.
     In Chapter 2, the problems of business collaboration of manufacturing enterprises were pointed out, the case of manufacturing enterprise business process knowledge integration based on ontology was studied. In the framework, the model of business process ontology, the model of software component ontology, and the model of knowledge ontology were separately studied for manufacturing enterprises from the three levels- business process level, software component level and knowledge level. The architecture of knowledge integration of business process of manufacturing enterprises was built and the integration framework of multiple-level ontology for business process was proposed.
     In Chapter 3, the hiberarchy of ontology was analyzed, and the inner structure of ontology representation was studied. Based on the construction principle of ontology, the method of modularization ontology model construction for the total life cycle of knowledge was presented. Then the case of jewelry design knowledge was used to explain the method of modularization ontology model construction for the total life cycle of knowledge.
     In Chapter 4, aiming at finding the relations of mappings for heterogeneous ontologies, the process of mapping finding was researched, a method of similarity calculation based on the semantics of element names was presented. Mapping transform model based on general ontology was established to realize the mapping transform of heterogeneous ontologies, the heuristic algorithm of general ontology design was proposed. In the share pattern of general ontology, a method of ontology mapping transform based on rules was presented. The mechanism of mapping transform was studied to different mapping objects such as mapping identifiers, mapping data types, mapping constraints and mapping instances. At last a case was given to illuminate the process of mapping finding and mapping transform method.
     In Chapter 5, the situation of the knowledge resource organization was analyzed, then the method based on knowledge map was put forward to organize multiple ontologies knowledge of the manufacturing enterprise. The concept of knowledge map is given, the function of the knowledge map to organize the multiple ontologies knowledge was analyzed, the structure of knowledge map was described. The construct approach of knowledge map was proposed, the four kinds of relations among explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge were analyzed. The method of multiple ontology knowledge retrieval based on knowledge map was presented and the method was applied to retrieve knowledge in the jewelry design.
     In Chapter 6, using the theories and the technology presented in the dissertation, the platform of the knowledge integration based on ontology was developed, the principle of the integration platform was researched, and the control method was studied. The function structure of the platform was introduced.
     In chapter 7, the research in the dissertation and the future research directions were summarized.
