城市自行车交通系统研究

摘要
我国是世界上独一无二的自行车王国。城市自行车交通的发展经历了一个由快速增长到平稳发展的时期,目前已基本趋于饱和。在这一时期中,最显著的特征是自行车在城市客运系统各类出行方式的构成中占有相当高的比例。我国城市自行车交通的发展现状是在我国特定的社会经济条件和城市交通发展环境下城市交通系统内部和外部因素相互作用的结果。在不同时期、不同环境下,各种交通方式相互竞争的结果是形成城市交通现状的主要依据。目前,随着生活水平的提高,城市居民出行机动化进程加快,大量无序发展的自行车与高速发展的机动车形成了严重的相互干扰混合交通流。自行车对机动车的干挠已经成了城市道路阻塞的主要因素之一。因此,处理好城市自行车交通问题,是解决城市交通问题的关键之一。
     本论文根据我国城市交通的现状和发展趋势,探索城市经济与人居环境合理发展的规律,根据城市规模、不同社会经济发展阶段,以及城市土地利用形态和城区性质等几个方面,提出了城市自行车交通合理适度发展策略;以路口机非分离技术、自行车交通流理论及交通控制与管理理论为基础,提出了自行车交通组织规划、设计与管理的优化理论和应用技术。
China is a country where the bicycles are the most commonly used vehicles. After the period from rapid increase to stable development, the bicycle transport tends to be saturated at present. In this period, the most conspicuous character is that compared with other transport moods, bicycling comprises a considerable proportion in the urban traffic system. The situation of the urban bicycle transport in our country results from the specific social and economic conditions and the interaction of the inner and outer factors in urban transportation system under the circumstance of urban traffic development. In different situations and different environments, the actualities of urban traffic largely depend on the results of competition among various transport moods. With the improvement of living standard, the automated traffic of urban residents grows quickly, and a great amount of badly ordered bicycle traffic and rapidly emerged automobiles result in a severely interfered and mixed traffic flow. The interferenc
    e of bicycles in automobiles has become a mail factor of urban road congestions. Consequently, the resolution of urban traffic problems hinges on successfully coping with urban bicycle traffic problems.
    Based on the actuality and tendency of the urban traffic in our country, the main content of this paper is groping for the principles of logical development of urban economy and living environment, as well as putting forward the appropriate developing strategies of urban bicycle traffic according to several facets such as city dimensions, different social and economical development phases, urban ground utilizing patterns and characters of city zones. Moreover, on the basis of the technology of dividing automobile and non-automobile traffic in the intersections, the bicycle traffic flow theory and the traffic control and management theory, the optimizing theory and applicative technologies to organize, design and control bicycle traffic is brought forward.
