IEC 61850的研究及其在故障信息处理系统中的应用

摘要
IEC61850“变电站通信网络和系统”是关于变电站自动化的最新国际标准,本文首先简单论述了故障信息处理系统的现状及标准化建设的必要性,然后详细介绍和分析了IEC61850的背景、特点、内容以及对于故障信息处理系统的指导作用。文中提出了将故障信息处理系统子站看作是一个特殊功能的智能电子装置IED,它本身的设计是符合IEC61850的,并且根据目前微机保护的功能详细介绍了遵循IEC61850的保护装置的对象建模方法。最后讨论了基于IEC61850的无缝远动通信体系结构的实现以及现有标准解决方案IEC60870-5-103向IEC61850的迁移途径、与IEC61970公共信息模型CIM对象的统一建模问题。
The IEC 61850 "Communication networks and system in substations" is the new international standard on substation automation. This thesis presents firstly the actuality of fault information processing system and the necessity of standardized construction., then introduces and analyzes the background, characteristics, content of IEC 61850 and its application in fault information processing system in detail. This thesis brings forward that the substation of a fault information processing system can be considered as an especial IED, whose construction is compliant with IEC 61850. The paper presents the object modeling approach of microcomputer-based protective relay according to IEC 61850. In addition, the implementation of seamless telecontrol communication architecture based on IEC 61850, migration from IEC 60870-5-103 to IEC 61850, unified object modeling approach with CIM of IEC 61970 are discussed.
